Fix My Slab

They could not fix my slab and it is not due to their work nor is due to anything that they did nor did not do, it is due to the quality of our slab when poured originally. They did the best that they could do with what I had for them to work on. I am not upset with their work, I am upset with the builder cutting corners when built.

I contacted fix my slab to come out and inspect the foundation. The representative came out and thoroughly inspected our home. Surprisingly he said nothing needed to be done. Wow!

Did exactly what they said they would do. Scheduled me quickly; arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Provided financing. This was an easy experience.

I called for an estimate. They came when they said they would. The work was done when they said it would be. Everyone was courteous. Don't expect your concrete outside to look as though they'd never been there though which they advertised. You can see exactly where they dug on the front of our house and that's OK for us because we will be getting the driveway done next and I didn't see how they could leave it as if it had never been worked on.

Very professional, informative quote for Ty (the Owner). Was less than other quote we got. Service was earlier than originially scheduled, and performed in only 2 days time (17 piles). Cleanup was flawless, wall cracks closed, windows and doors opened and shut cleanly, floor evened out! I am ecstatic with the entire service, would enthusiastically recommend!!

Eric promptly scheduled an appointment, did a detailed evaluation of the necessary repairs, provided a written estimate with detailed drawings. We had a number of comparative estimates from other companies but none provided the level of professional service compared to Fix-My-Slab. There was some confusion between the crew and the office on their expected arrival time but when the crew arrived, their was no delay in the start of work. Ceasar, crew chief, kept us informed at every stage of work and explained exactly what was to be done and why. Their clean up was thorough and quick.

Very pleased with the quality of work and concern for my property. All the workers are very polite and considerate. Very satisfied!

Our foundation was destroyed before Fix my Slab began work. Before, during, and after, they were incredible. I got their quote and one other from a top foundation company and decided on FMS because I felt that the salesman was not trying to bully me into going with them. The work was great, they were in and out in the time that they specified and the customer service they provided was just right.

Their people were there when they said they would be, did a great job and explained everything about what they were doing so that I could understand it and the work was completed to my satisfaction. Cracks in walls have settled back down and now I feel good about the foundation.

I wrote a review and can't find it posted. I want everyone to know how l really highly highly recommend this co. (yes, Ty i don't know about you) lol...just kidding.EXCELLENT! work ethic and workers. Erick was the one I met first made the sell. Met the foreman Cesar, can't say enough about him and his crew. Eddie of course finished it off with his expertise. I would have loved to tip the workers if I could have. That is how good and impressed I was with them. I believe Cesar will be a welcome friend from here on. The Co. I have and will be bragging on from this day forward. Way to go Ty.

Everything was exactly as promised. They were great to work with and very professional.

From making an appointment to the initial visit to completion of the job,all aspects of the job were handled in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend Fix My Slab to anyone having a foundation problem.

The crew were on time, very friendly and polite. The did a great job putting landscaping, etc. back They didn't waste any time getting started on the job and getting it done. Any time I contacted the owner, Ty, if he wasn't available when I called, he promptly returned the call. Key point in hiring was they had insurance! Price was comparable to all other bids we received.

I am very pleased with the job by them and all their employees knowledge and skills are top notch. I have recommended to my neighbors.

Good, honest opinion on my foundation needs

Ty was easy to work with and very honest and efficient. He was not the cheapest, but since I was managing this from afar I needed someone I culd trust and Ty was that person. Did everything he said he would and met every deadline.

Thought they offerer the best technically sound solution out of the five I talked to. Best value for the money. But given the narure of the problem; only time will tell if I made the right decision.

They showed up when they said they would and delivered a finished service as promised. One phone call and they came out and filled in the holes that had settled. Customer service is A++++
