Albert's Painting

I did go to Home Advisor to find Albert's Painting. Albert made an appointment, looked at my project and gave me a reasonable bid. He noted the carpentry work that needed to be done on my home first and I agreed. I live in West University and my home was built in 1940. It had begun to look its age. Albert told me when they could begin, what steps he would take first and when he thought they would finish. Albert's Painting is a family business and that was nice. He and his crew were on time, considerate and smart about their work. Also they power washed my porches, patios, sidewalks and fence on the street side. It just feels cleaner. There was a lot of repair work and they did an excellent job, which made the paint look even better. My house looks beautiful and I am most grateful. Really the work they did gave me my house back.

Alberto Villazana is the owner of Albert's Painting. He was one of 4 bids we took for the painting of the stucco and trim on our townhouse. He was prompt arriving for the bid; he answered all our questions with no BS. His bid was below, and in some cases far below, what we received from other companies. When we decided to hire him, he promptly set the start date and held to it. He used the kind of paint we wanted to use, no argument. His crew is top notch. They know what they're doing. They didn't leave a mess behind them when the job was finished. They did miss three minor spots, but when we pointed them out, Alberto got them on it quickly. Over all, his crew did great work and were pleasant to work with. From our experience and the quality of the work, we recommend him highly. In fact, one of our neighbors saw his team at work on our house and hired them to do his townhome. I'm glad we found Albert's Painting. And yes, we would certainly use the company again. You can't beat the price and the quality of the work was tops.

Albert contacted me within an hour of my Home Advisor request. He made an appointment for my estimate then. When I agreed to the work at the time of his reasonable estimate, Albert scheduled the work to begin within a week. He had explained everything well. His painting crew arrived promptly and began to prep my kitchen cabinets. This two man crew included Albertâ s father. My kitchen cabinets look amazing. The crew finished the job, extras and clean up within the week. Albert and his crew are so respectful, efficient and hard working. I highly recommend Albertâ s Painting for everyone. I am going to hire them for my bathroom cabinets this fall and an even bigger job next year. They are the bomb.

I hired Albert's Painting for a whole house interior painting, including all interior trim for an upscale house with very tall ceilings and lots of shutters and fancy trim. He wasn't the cheapest, but he quoted a fair price. He and his crew took 2 weeks, as agreed, and kept me updated throughout the process. The quality of the work was the best I've ever seen. I wholeheartedly recommend Albert's Painting for any job because I know they'll do a professional job you, and you will be pleased.
