I have used this company for appox 4 years. Mr. Stevens has Always been difficult to work with, rude & dismissive. I have requested Several times to be notified the day before he fertalizes my yard. My requests have been in person, by phone and in writing. Today his employee let all of my dogs out of the yard. Per usual I had no idea he would be at my home today. I spoke with him several times to tell him my dogs names & try to give suggestions to how my dogs respond. Again i nicely asked him to please notify me before he comes to my home. He promptly told me he was terminating my service because I Cost Him a Half a Day!?!?! I was 4 hours away, I did not let the dogs out. His employee cost him a Half a Day!! I have given this man the benefit of the doubt as we can All have bad days. Unfortunately, i have never caught him on a Good Day! I Highly Recommend Finding Any other Company for your Service Needs!!!!
