THE CARPETS WERE VERY SOILED AND DID NOT KNOW WHETHER TO REPLACE OR CLEAN. I WAS GLAD I USED THIS FIRM. THE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND DID A VERY NICE JOB. A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH IT.
