Description of Work: Scott is amazingly knowledgeable and professional. He had performed about a year ago a crack stop. Unfortunately the crack started to re-propagate. I immediately called Ace/Scott before the newly propagated crack became contaminated. Scott came out to the house the same afternoon and spent three hours on warranty. I could not be more pleased!

 + -1 moreScott is very knowledgeable of good and poor practices for windshield repair and replacement. Moreover, he willingly shares his extensive knowledge--if I ever have to replace a windshield, I will be a much better informed customer because of the experience and knowledge shared by Scott.
Description of Work: Scott repaired three locations in my windshield that had star cracks from rocks. Additionally at no cost he drilled cracks in my other vehicle's windshield in order to stop the propagation of these two cracks.

 + -1 moreScott arrived on time, gave me a detailed explanation of what he was going to do, and performed the work within the timeframe he gave. I especially appreciated his professionalism and dedication to educating the consumer (me) about windshields and the importance of having them repaired (more than meets the eye). I learned more in that appointment than I had anticipated, and I have complete confidence that I received the best service in Houston with regards to windshield repair. Scott also gave me tips on what to do if I ever have to have a windshield replaced, tips that would ensure a windshield replacement company would do a satisfactory job. I would recommend Scott to anyone, and I would not use any other company for windshield repair. This service provider is perhaps the best I have ever encountered using Angie's List.

 + -1 moreI called and was able to schedule same-day service. Scott came out to my office and performed the repair there. The little chip turned out great. The large chip (which was created by a very hard hit) doesn't look as good as I had hoped, but it was a large, deep chip and I don't have to replace the windshield! The lifetime warranty and reasonable charge made it worthwhile. They charged $49 for the first chip and $10 for the additional chip.
Description of Work: I had a small rock chip and a large rock chip that needed to be repaired.

 + -1 moreThis company did an excellent job. I called late in the day, so I got an appointment for the following morning. The repairer showed up at my home on time, and gave me a very detailed explanation of what he was doing and why (more than I wanted to know, actually, but I now understand the process, which is more involved than I ever dreamed!) I was very satisfied with their service and would definitely use them again if I have the need for such a repair. The guy even washed my entire windshield when he was done!
Description of Work: This is a mobile service that comes to you to repair windshield chips and cracks caused by rocks and other road debris. I contacted them to repair a rock chip.

Description of Work: CALLED THIS COMPANY TO REPAIR CRACKED WINDSHIELD ON MY VEHICLE. THE DAMAGE WAS TOO SEVERE TO REPAIR. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT A FACTORY VS AN AFTER-MARKET WINDSHIELD AND HIS INSIGHT WAS MUCH APPRECIATED. THEY DO NOT DO AFTER-MARKET WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENTS.
