Patrick, who did the work was friendly and very competent. Instead of a granite counter top, I have the Miracle process, and it looks absolutely wonderful. It has transformed the kitchen. Could not be better. I will definitely use them again on the guest bathroom.

I found this method on the internet and thought it sounded like it would work for us, but there were no providers locally. After looking on Angie's List, I found a provider in my neighborhood! They were SUPER! I called for an appointment and was asked very pertinent questions, we scheduled an appointment, he showed up on time, looked at the job and gave me a time he'd be completed and he was. The work was superb! You can't even tell there was a mark there, it blends perfectly!

I first called Miracle Method a year ago to see about refinishing our old cultured marble bathroom counter and tub. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the work done at the time. When I called them a month ago, they still had the original estimate. Jonee came out with her sample bag and told me in detail about the process. I picked out the colors I wanted and set the appointment. Patrick arrived 10 minutes early for the first appointment. I was having two bathrooms redone and my other contractor was on site. He worked around the other guys and was finished in no time. The result was a countertop that looked brand new! I was impressed. He is currently here again refinishing the bathtub and I am still impressed with his professionalism. The quality of the work is excellent and a fraction of the cost of replacement. They are professional, punctual (VERY important to me), and do great work. I definitely recommend them.

It was great - They were prompt and informative. The person who did the tub was on time and did an excellent job. He was responsible about closing the doors so our dog didn't get out. The results were fantastic. They also gave us a quote on doing the kitchen counters which I will do after some other work is completed in the house. This was a great experience with some very professional people.

I had heard bad stories about the tub refinishing process but I was ill informed. It could be very easy to be taken advantage of but not with Miracle Method group.They came to give a visual estimate and always showed up when they said they would. They explained to me what would and wouldn't work for my situation and I felt completely at ease. Each tub takes about 2-3 days to complete and I can only tell you that I'm completely delighted at the outcome.

The tub was scratched and had stains that I couldn't get out. I thought I would have to replace or cover it. Billie came out and said it didn't need the full job; it just needed the coating. I really appreciated her honesty! The installer came when scheduled, explained the process (which Billie had also explained), and did the job efficiently.

They were extremelly professional, fixed the area and it now looks fantastic. I will definitely use them in the future.

I chose to have the bathtub refinished, some regrouting on the seams of my walls and the drain kit replaced. The process took two days, as previously explained. Mike arrived at the time indicated. He was personable and answered all my questions. He used venting to minimize the chemical smell. He came back the next day at the time indicated, and finished the job. I am very pleased with the finished product. Looks like new.

Beautiful result! Recommend covering fire monitors with plastic bags as there will be dust particles floating that can set them off. The smell of the product is also a bit strong the first day. So if there is anyone with sensitivities, it may be a good idea to spend the night in a hotel.

Joanee was very responsive and professional from start to finish in this process. She arrived on time for our estimate meeting and her staff was prompt in arriving both days the work was done. A couple of things worth noting. Joanee mentioned that they need windows to ventilate the fumes during the process. However I was not prepared for the intense amount of fumes. This is a multi-dwelling unit and while venting the fumes into the enclosed courtyard we received several complaints from residents on the intense fumes. The fumes quickly cleared out once the spraying stopped, but during the process I don't think any people or pets should be in the house. Secondly, the product does a great job of making the surface look good, but is only as good as what you are applying it too. If you have mismatched seams in the laminate or cultured marble backsplashes that are mismatached, it will not hide these larger imperfections. Think of it as a very durable thick "paint like" coating. The seams on the laminate were "sealed" and sanded, but they are still "bubbled" up a bit. Also I was under the impression that ALL the old caulk would be removed before refinishing. It was not, and led to a bit of work on our part after the process to remove the old caulk without damaging the finish and then replace. In the end though it all looks much better than before. Just be sure you point out any defects in your current situation and question whether or not it can be corrected. They are very professional and I am sure they will directly address your questions. All in all I think this is a excellent alternative for someone looking to give give a face lift to tired old countertops, but it does have some limitations. Compared to the price of replacing the counters and all the sinks (they were built into the vanity) with another product I think this was a very effective alternative to refurbished this condo unit that will soon go on the market. I would definitely recommend this product and company to anyone in a similar situation.

The price they quoted me was about $700 or $800 for that service. I found them on the list and read their reviews and I have never used them before. Their price is a little high, but I may still consider them.

It went well. Jonee is very professional, came out as scheduled to look at the problem, told me several options and the cost of each. ( I had bad tile around the tub and two bad counter tops.) I decided to get only the tub done. That took 2 days with two workers to strip, clean, mask off, spray several coats, buff and caulk. The workers were very nice and neat. They were careful of new tile and bath fixtures. The tub looks new. Shiny like a mirror!

This project was efficiency deluxe from start to finish. Jonee gave me an instant email estimate then came over promptly and on time to check the bath's condition and politely gave me an estimate that included a non-slip application. Work began on the dot, with all necessary protection and covering of the surrounding areas, and clean-up afterwards. The next day the job was completed. The change was really quite breathtaking!

Jonee did our estimate. She was professional and very helpful in explaining the process and answering my questions. She provided some great advice. I really appreciated her guidance. She informed me that the job would take three and a half days, which it did. They started on time and finished on time. The technician, Patrick expertly prepped the surfaces and applied the finishes. He was very polite and businesslike. He cleaned up after himself and had great attention to detail. The finished product is just GORGEOUS!!!! I would recommend this company very, very highly. p.s. If you are concerned about an overwhelming smell during the process, please note that it's entirely bearable. The solvents they use smell a lot like those in a nail salon, stronger of course, but very similar (they probably are.) Although the smell is quite strong when it's wet, this company is very careful to minimize the odor by using a venting system so most of the smell goes outside. I thought the level of odor was about the same as it is in a room painted with an oil-based paint.

They are absolutely excellent. They came when they said they would, they had a reasonable price, and they worked around me if I needed to do something in there. They cleaned up very well and the quality was so good that the plumbers that came in later asked for his card. They said it was the best one they had seen. I?ve told all of the neighbors about it and they are going to come take a look when the house is finished.

They finished the job quicker than we were ready so they just held onto it for us, which was very helpful. The work was fabulously done. Toni is the person I dealt with and she was very responsive - always working hard to get me answers.

I think they were great. It took a little longer than expected because they ran into a problem but they took the time to get it right. The manager is coming back in a few weeks to see how it is holding up and I am very pleased with them.
