They were very professional, courteous and responsive. They were also more available than some of the bigger shops in the area (some of which told me they wouldn't be able to take my vehicle in for over a month!). They were decent communicators as well. Some places will not call you back or notify you right away when your vehicle is done. There were only two things I didn't like about the experience. One was the quality of the repairs. They tried to cut corner by attempting to reinstall my old emblems with double sided tape. Unfortunatley this would not work because they couldn't get the letters straight and the tape would not hold correctly because it was not manufacturer quality. Also, the lift gate needed more adjustments, the tail lights were not properly aligned and needed adjustments as well as one of the rear back up sensors was still malfunctioned. This is where the second issue comes in and that is one about time estimating. While I understand that it is very difficult to estimate accurately because there is no way of knowing what other damage you may find, it doesn't seem reasonable that the repairs took over three times as long as they should have. Furthermore the fact that the repairs were done in a manner that would not meet an average persons quality control the FIRST time, really made me upset. Don't tell me that my vehicle is ready for me to pick up when it is obviously not. I even asked over the phone if they checked out the back up sensor to which they replied yes of course. I then had to take time out of my work day to go and pick up my vehicle only to find that it wasn't complete. Now I had to get ANOTHER rental vehicle since I had returned mine prior to picking up my own. They were nice enough to take care of the new rental for me but I lost plenty of time because they didn't do any QC on the repairs before telling me it was complete. Then it took them another week and a half to get the vehicle back to me from that point (which they said it would be done in 2-3 days). I want to support local businesses, but it makes it hard when things like this happen. Bottom Line: -Initial repair time estimated: About a week -Actual time repairs took: Over three weeks -Repair quality: Average at best but probably below -Customer service: Above average -Considering my vehicle is not 100% complete, I do not think I would go back to this shop

The truck roof panel has been restored to the original condition in the promised time frame. They did such a great job, that I have selected them to restore the running boards as well. The Woodlands Body Shop has been doing business at this Woodlands / Spring Texas location for over 20 years and I can now understand why they have such a great reputation in the area.
