Water-Less Sprinkler Systems

They were fast and complete. They did a great job raising the heads and balancing. Because I was happy with their work I asked them to do a french drain. They came out, measured, asked a lot of questions and then never came back. They won't answer emails, won't return phone calls. It has been 2 months trying and they don't respond. That is very unprofessional. I don't understand what happened. They just ignore all contact. Because of that I am changing my recommendation. Don't use them

The nature of the problem was explained to me, as well as the impending solution; my system was reset and Oscar explained what I should be monitoring in order for them to repair it in the most cost-efficient for me; I appreciated this since I am a senior citizen and cost would be an issue. They will return to actually do the work when I observe the exact location of the problem. This is doable for me and I have every confidence they have my best interests at heart. It's nice to deal with people who are trustworthy.

The quote I received was a little higher than others, but I know you get what you pay for. The problem I had was diagnosed quickly, and it was repaired and solved the problem. There were several other head adjustments which were done. The only reason I gave a 4.5 was due to one head I will need to raise further as it is still too low. In there defense it was dark when they were completed this particular head. I would highly recommend them.

The repair technician offered suggestions on how I could get my grass growing again.

Very happy with the service received from Water-Less. In addition to professionally fixing my immediate problem with the sprinklers in my front yard they gave good advice on how i could extend my back yard coverage without having to add additional zones. I will be using them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
