Description of Work: They provided the wood floors and carpet for me. They were great and the individual sales person made sure that I was happy with everything. She even helped me pick out some rugs for the wood floors and areas and they were perfect with everything. | |When I had a leak in the kitchen on my wood floors, they provided me with matching wood that was perfect and the installer of the wood was great. | |I plan on using them again when I remodel my kitchen and master bedroom.

Description of Work: Removed carpet and put down Laminate flooring in all rooms except - bathrooms and entrance foyer. Went well, after about 5 weeks some creaks and crackles started, the installation crew returned and corrected them.

Description of Work: Purchased wooden floors, had no problem with anything except that when installed work left the edges on doorways incomplete therefore looks very ugly and unprofessional.

Description of Work: I replaced the carpet in most of my house with good laminate flooring. I was given an estimate for the work. The crew that did my installation told me I would need 3 times the amount of floor preparation than was quoted. When they finished the job, I could not walk on the flooring for 3 or 4 days until it had cured. A year later, some of the boards in my breakfast area began to separate. The quality of the upgraded material used was not the problem. The installers were the problem. I consulted another flooring company when I decided to add laminate flooring to the rest of the house two years later. The price was very comparable, but the workmanship was excellent on the second job. This new installation only proved to me that the installers at Viking had not done a good job when they installed the initial flooring. Please note: Viking, like many other companies, contracts out the labor to install the flooring. If you are lucky, you will get a good, experienced, conscientious crew. Otherwise, you may not be pleased with the results.

Description of Work: We bought (through our builder) carpet, wood flooring and tiles for a home we built in 2007. My experience was with the store in Montgomery, TX and the sales person and all staff were helpful and very experienced. We have had no problems with the products or installation.

Description of Work: INSTALLED TILE FLOOR AND BACK SPLASH IN THE KITCHEN AND TILE FLOOR IN THE UTILITY ROOM. ALSO INSTALLED HARDWOOD FLOORING IN THE FAMILY ROOM, HALLWAY, STUDY, AND MASTER BEDROOM. ALSO TILED THE FIREPLACE FACING.
