It was under warranty. The amount of time it took them, it was pretty much what they said it was going to be. I guess they could have made it a little faster. It was just an oil change and it took the 45 minutes they said it would, but an oil change shouldn't take 45 minutes. They did what they said they would do.

The service is good. The representative kept up with me every day, which was good to keep me informed of what was going on. They were professional, and they were on top of it. I do not use them often, I just go in when something goes wrong with the car.

All the costs of the work are outlined before they get started. I've been using them for over 20 years and have never had to bring the vehicles back to have them redo any work. When it's done, it's done. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

To do things better they can give extended shuttle services. They give a good services but they can give a shuttle service for people who want to leave a car for the day; they do it up to three o'clock but they can extend it up to five. That would be more useful.

I bought a warranty, and the company that I bought it from wasn't honoring it. After a little adjustment, it was good. The service guy stuck with me. The mechanic kept saying that there wasn't anything wrong and the service guy told him to show him that nothing was wrong. It wasn't working right and he got the mechanic to finally recognize it. The finally realized it wasn't working right. It was under warranty.

The only complaint I have is that it takes so long to get the service for an oil change. I talked to their manager over there. I stood there for three hours and getting no one. He made a good point. He said all the dealership have started to give away oil changes when they sell cars and they are overloaded with oil changes.

The cost is part of my initial first 25,000 mile service. I did not have any cost. I would probably say that they are usually on time and they do a good service.

This was our third purchase from the Fred Haas dealership, and it was great. The pricing was reasonable, they didn't play any games during the sales experience, and the financing experience was completed in a timely manner. Ultimately, Fred Haas treats his customers well and really rolls out the red carpet for them. I highly recommend them for new and used cars.

It was positive. They take care of you well. They were very easy to work with. On the sales side, when security came up as a topic, the audible anti-theft alarm didn't get mentioned and didn't come with the car. I didn't like that.

We have been using Fred Haas since we moved to Houston in November 2010. The prices area reasonable, the facilities are comfortable, the service is very good. Perhaps the only issue is that sometimes the service times are a little long. They are fair in that they don't make us do service that isn't absolutely necessary and when they discover an issue above and beyond the reason that we brought in the vehicle they always discuss the options with us before going ahead with the extra work. Overall we will gladly continue to use this service provider.

Great! I like that I can set an appointment and drop off car. They call me when it's done and then I pick up. If I decide to wait on my vehicle they are aware and work pretty fast to get me out of there. Overall, I have used them for many years and will continue to do so. Plus waiting area is nicer than some of the other places I've been too.

The service is very good. Overall I have had a very positive experience with this dealership. We have bought two trucks from them and two Pruis from them. Will buy from them in the future.

I've been incredibly pleased with Fred Haas Toyota World. As part of the sales package, I got 25,000 miles of oil changes and stuff free. They have an amazing number of models to choose from. It's a huge lot. That's what we really liked about it. The salespeople were as pleasant as car salespeople can be. They were pleasant and when I decided to buy the car, the whole thing went very smooth. I was very pleased than and I've been very pleased with the service I've gotten on that sales package. They've been great. They gave me a fair deal. We had to go back and forth a little bit on the price, but ultimately, it was a fair deal, so I was pleased with it. You don't always walk away from buying a car feeling that way, but I did. And I love my car. I've had it a year and I've love it.

They are a quality company, perform good service, give accurate quotes, are professional, and the prices are very competitive.
