It was under warranty. The amount of time it took them, it was pretty much what they said it was going to be. I guess they could have made it a little faster. It was just an oil change and it took the 45 minutes they said it would, but an oil change shouldn't take 45 minutes. They did what they said they would do.

The service is good. The representative kept up with me every day, which was good to keep me informed of what was going on. They were professional, and they were on top of it. I do not use them often, I just go in when something goes wrong with the car.

All the costs of the work are outlined before they get started. I've been using them for over 20 years and have never had to bring the vehicles back to have them redo any work. When it's done, it's done. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

To do things better they can give extended shuttle services. They give a good services but they can give a shuttle service for people who want to leave a car for the day; they do it up to three o'clock but they can extend it up to five. That would be more useful.
