Apparently if you have a broken window, your issue is not important enough to warrant a call back. Left a very clear and explicit message, never received a call back. Presumably this is because they have more important things to do than fix a window, but I would expect the courtesy of a call back.

They were prompt, quick and very courteous. With windows I always worry about broken pieces of glass being left behind. These guys left the area immaculate. We've used them before and would definitely use them again.

This company is awesome! They made multiple trips to our home to ensure proper installation. The master bath frame is solid wood and the quality and service are well worth the cost. They were also able to cut down our existing master bath mirror which meant we did not have the additional cost of purchasing a new mirror!

They were quick to respond to my email request and scheduling was a piece of cake. Brian did a great job replacing the window and even hurried because my son had a doctors appointment.

Serviceman was polite and within stated time frame. They were unable to replace my window due to some decorative rods that are built into the window but I would use them in the future.

I was extremely pleased with Arc Glass. Everything went so smoothly. Brian Anderson came out within a day or two of me calling and gave us a quote to replace three cracked double-paned window glass in our house. The piece was reasonable and the windows were ordered and installed within a week. Brian did an excellent job on installation and cleaned up after himself. Other than a tiny white line in the paint around the panes you would would not know anything had been done. The new windows look great. I would not hesitate to use Arc Glass for future window replacements. I am 100% satisfied.

I had a good experience with them. Their price was high but I knew what I was paying for. I had a little bit more expense than the entire frame of windows. They were a little bit more expensive than the other companies that I had a contract with. They were nice, professional, thorough and came on time.

One of the few good things that came from our nightmare bathroom remodel, was the referral of Arc Glass. In December 2012, Arc Glass performed a measure for estimate. When the tile was installed, Arc Glass performed another measure in January 2013. The remodeling contractor, Houston Repair and Remodeling, took the final payment which we were not bright enough to refrain from paying and did not complete the work. In March 2013, after hearing multiple excuses the remodeler was given an ultimatum and he decided to pay us back rather than complete the work. That course of action seemed odd if he had ordered the custom glass. After calling Arc Glass to see if the glass had ever been ordered, it was discovered that the remodeler's credit card did not go through. The owner found out about it and offered us the contractor rate and was very empathetic. After explaining that it was hard to find a plumber to complete the work, due to warranty concern, he even referred us to Plumb Perfect who finished the remodel. The glass was installed and delivered on time. The shower glass is thick, quality glass. Arc Glass took the time to fit the glass to a "not so even surface". After the install, Brian - the owner, took ample time to thoroughly discuss the care of the shower guard glass coating that was added. Fantastic, honest company with quality product and fair prices!

Brian was prompt and professional when coming to give the estimate. He is the owner of the company, and also performed the install. I felt much more comfortable dealing with him the entire time, than with a sales person for the estimate and a separate installation team. His estimate was just slightly higher, but he explained the differences in quality/price between the hardware he uses and the hardware quoted in my other estimate, and with his coupon on Angie's List, it was a no brainer. Installation went off without a hitch. He was able to account for any variations in the tile work and the enclosure looks and performs beautifully.

I got recommended to them by a neighbor. I called them for a quote, scheduled for the same day as another glass company so I could get it all knocked out the same day. But they totally missed their meeting with me. I was patient and called them up and they apologized profusely. I rescheduled and they came back out and gave a very good price so I went with them. They did a great job and cleaned up well after themselves. Other than the initial snafu everything was good.

I contacted ARC during the Christmas holidays and they set an immediate work date. They called back advising that they could actually respond earlier than the original scheduled time which was great! The techs were prompt, friendly and worked efficiently. The pricing was fair and I would highly recommend ARC.

The installation was a little tricky because of a problem created by the stone and tile contractor. However, Brian overcame the problem! The door looks beautiful and no leaks!

We had rock chips in four different panes of glass in four different windows. ARC had someone come out the day I called to give me an estimate and scheduled an appointment to perform the work within a couple of days. Two young men came to replace the glass and they did not even need to enter the house. They were very polite and professional, and they finished the work quickly. I was happy with the work. I only gave them a B on price because my husband said he thought it was slightly high and I did obtain one lower quote. But, given the work performed, I have to give ARC an A overall. I would use ARC again and refer them to friends.

I called and was given a general estimate over the phone so I could financially prepare for the appointment. The owner came out to measure and, later, fit the window. He was professional and kind. They were able to work within our short time-frame and re-arranged their schedule to have the window replaced before a scheduled party in our home. I also appreciate the fact that this is a family business and the owner values it's success. The window looks perfect... the whole process was very smooth, very predictable and very easy.

Brian the owner followed the process from start to finish. He personally came with a helper to install the 3 glass showers. Friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Needed a custom table top for a maple table we have. Called several supplier for estimates. Arc glass had the best price and was able to deliver faster than anticipated. The gents that came out for the job were very personable and efficient. Would not hesitate to work with them again.

We had ARC and a few other glass dealers come out for an estimate after reviewing them on Angie's List. They were VERY prompt in coming to our home for the estimate and got back with us the very next day with the estimate. We also had to wait up to two weeks on some of the other vendors to respond and come out to look at our project. After narrowing it down to two vendors, we chose ARC because they had the lowest estimate (by about $100) and could offer the quickest install time. They came out when they said they would and had us installed in a couple of hours. So far, we are extremely pleased with our new doors!

We liked them and everything was fine. The price was good and it turned out beautiful. They did what they said they’d do. We will use their services again in the future if we need to.
