Very friendly and fast, even sprayed air into some attic vents to help clear them out and put my attic panel back on that my husband had left off forever.

I have not had duct cleaning in the past so I have nothing to compare to. The techs arrived on time and to the best of my knowledge did a good job. There was not as big of a mess as I was afaid of but there were a couple of things that I feel should not have happened - otherwise - I was satisfied.

They came at the scheduled time. Diagnosed the problem and completed the task in a professional way.

He offered a free inspection. He said that my air ducts and evaporator coil were clean. He was the third professional that was stumped by my problem. Good job, little cleanup for us to do after they left. 1 return and the dryer vent was over-looked, but I'm not 100% sure my husband told them to do the dryer vent. Overall...good experience and would use them again.

On time, polite and know what they are doing. It is a dirty work anyhow. They vacuumed everything after job done but we had do a lot of cleaning afterwards.

TIMELY, QUICK AND THOROUGH.

The job was done on time and they did a good job of cleaning the ductwork and vents. They even replaced a rusty vent in one of the bathrooms at no charge. However the clean up wasn't quite up to par. I had to vacuum a few areas after the workmen had left. Overall the job was well done and I would use them again.
