Kent was very nice & explained what needed to be done to get out ducts cleaned well. The guys who came to the house were very polite & respectful of my home. I even told them they were more than welcome to raid my fridge (while I ran some errands) to get something cold to drink after being in my hot attic for several hours in 100 degree weather - they said no, they wouldn't feel right just going into my fridge without my being home. The work done has made the air in my home feel so much cleaner & cooler!

The crew was prompt and worked quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and went overboard to do extra things that were not required. They gave me advice on other ways to help my asthma and allergies. They were a bit pricey. I haven't needed to use the HVAC yet because it has been cool. I am interested in seeing how much/little the dust situation has improved. I am very hopeful that there will be a significant improvement in the dust level
