I purchased numerous new shrubs and explained very carefully the type of shrubs my husband and I needed for our surroundings. Some of the plants were not healthy and and I watered as instructed along with our sprinkler system. I was very disappointed in the owner who didn't seem to be very educated about plants and horticulture. Additionally, he was very rude and critical. I have never dealt with anyone in this type of business that took the JOY out of gardening! He does not display professional communication skills or demeanor. My neighbors told me that the workers were dropped off at my house for the day and took long, long breaks where they would just sit for extended time. It appears that I also paid for their breaks. What a disappointment! I think sometimes we definitely learn the hard way while loosing money and faith in others!
Description of Work: I thought I was purchasing quality plants that would have longevity and remain green. However, I was told many different things and had numerous plants die. I purposely contacted this landscaper during the winter months to prevent any problems from purchasing and getting new plants before the hot summer months.
