Had some difficulty connecting with the company. Left a message on a Saturday morning with a day time phone number for a call back on Monday.Company called back after hours when I was unavailable to take call. Arrangements were made for a call the next day at the office, but no call. Again a call in the evening. It took 2-3 weeks to connect. The technician (Zack) who performed the service was very professional and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Really appreciated the fact he took off his shoes when entering the house. I had noticed red wasps at the roof line after making the initial appointment. He treated that area..but the wasps remain. The Service Agreement that he had me sign acknowledged that I had prepaid through Angie's List and showed a zero balance. I received an invoice approximately one week later which was blank. Three days later I receivedanother invoice stating I owed 74.70. The Angie List price was only $68.00. I immediately called the company and spoke with Steven who said that their billing was behind and that I owed nothing. I asked for an invoice with a zero balance to be sent to me. Two weeks later, I still have nothing in writing. Unsure whether I would use the company again.

Arrived on time, very professional, explained every thing they did. Will use in future.

We had bug spraying done for our entire house, inside and out because we were having issues with multiple insects in and around the house. The only problem that we had was the exterminator did not show up on time and there was no phone call to let us know if the company was going to actually send someone out for the scheduled appointment. A phone call quickly eased our concerns and the technician was at our house a while later. Overall we were very happy with the service of the company. We had purchased a "Big Deal" special from the company and they did a great job of working with us when there was some confusion about our payment. Everything worked out smoothly, thanks in big part to the help and understanding of Bulwark. The technician was professional and went about his business quickly and thoroughly. We would definitely use them again.

We called these folks after moving into our new home and was introduced to cockroaches here in Texas. They scheduled a day a couple days out and on the day of service, I received a call that a technician had called in sick and they had to reschedule us - much to the dismay of my daughter who was increasingly growing tired of the bugs (as we all were I guess). They were very apologetic about having to change dates and offered the second service for free as compensation. When the tech arrived he spent time explaining the various indigenous insects and their habitats and best practices to keep them at bay. He explained it is common to see increased insect activity once the treatments are applied - which turned out to be the case. Additionally, he advised that after 10 days if there are still insect (roaches specifically) to call back to the front office and they will send someone back. Well, we saw more bugs after the 10 day mark and called. The promptly schedules another treatment. Again, on time, professional, and informative. After the second treatment we received a follow up call from the office making sure we were will roach free. Nice touch. I hate the bugs, but these guys take care of business.

They came they treated and did a good job. Both inside and out handled effectively. Would recommend them in the future.

I called Jeff (as mentioned in the Angie's List ad) and mentioned that I had some questions as I was interested in the advertised $68 special on Angie's list. We recently moved into a new rental and had seen 3 roaches. Jeff said I needed to continually treat for them as they are difficult to get rid of. I have a dog and he said his products are pet friendly as long as the applications have time to dry. Jeff told me that it would be easier to schedule with him than through the Angie's List promotion. I didn't realize that Jeff filled out the paperwork brought when servicing my house for a year's service which is the reason for being uphappy with the price as it's $69 (before tax) every 2 months for a year. Chris came to the house to perform the service. His picture was emailed to me and he showed during the time slot promised. Chris said the inside application is covered in the cost and if I saw bugs after two weeks, they'd come in between services and spray again. So far, no live bugs. The outside application is to create a barrier outside so the bugs don't come back. Great guy who knew his stuff and was respectful to my home.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal ($68 for Preventative Interior & Exterior Pest Treatment). I bought the coupon with the idea that I would eventually get around to calling Bulwark and setting an appointment, but they called me just a few days after I made the purchase. On the day of the service, Andrew S. called me to tell me what time he could be at my house. He arrived on time and let me know what services he was going to perform. He took care of everything exactly as he said he would, explaining along the way. He was very pleasant and professional. The overall process took about 45 minutes. I will definitely signing up for a routine maintenance deal with Bulwark. Great job!

Bulwark showed up on time and the technician was very friendly and professional. He explained what I had purchased and everthing he would do.I have had my home treated every year i have had it since 2006, usually twice a year and I have never had any company do as much to treat my home as Bulwark did. I didn't have an infestation or anything but with the dry hot weather, i had begun to see the little sugar ants, june bugs on the patio, silverfish in the kitchen and bath, and even a few water bugs that look like roaches. The technician also noted the spider webs and a couple of wasp or hornet nests outside. He said he would know them all down and he did so with the stinging bug nests but not all the spider webs were taken down. I think he was concerned with large webs that might be from dangerous spiders rather than the little south texas spiders we get that make small cottony webs in every exteriour window sill of the house! Anyway, he spent over an hour working in and out whereas, other companies charge more money but finish in about 15 or 20 minutes! We have 2 cats and a dog that live inside but do go outside everyday and the technician made sure to mention that the treatment inside was safe for them but to keep them inside at least until the outside treatment dried. It rained the next 2 days so i was worried all the exterior treatment would wash away but it's been almost 2 weeks and we haven't had any bugs in the house at all. We did see alot of bugs dead outside the day or so after treatment but that's normal and should be expected if the treatment is effective. Still, when he left, the technician assured us that if we still saw bugs after 3 days, to call them back and they would retreat. I thought that was great customer service and confidence in their product and service to guarantee the treatment with rain coming and offer free second treatment if it didn't work! We will use Bulwark from now on since we now know what real pest treatment is supposed to be like! Also, the technician did not push to sell an agreement. He informed us of the options then left his card and recommended we research the company and options and pricing then call if we wanted service again. I liked that and got his name so I could call his manager and give compliment his professionalism and outstanding service.

Steve, the technician was on time and very professional. He answered all my questions. Although it was late in the day (6pm), he didn't "rush" to finish. Would recommend to everyone!

There technician, Robert, took his time and seemed to thoroughly cover all areas of the house inside and out. He explained everything in detail and answered any questioned I had. Definitely would recommend.

I have not been able to get ahold of them. When you press a button that they tell you to, it says "destination unreachable." When I dial 0, I reach someone. Upon them trying to transfer me, I receive a very fast busy tone so I am unable to contact anyone.

I feel like Bukwark is a little pricey, but it's worth it not to have bugs. I will keep using them in the future.

They are professional, clean and timely. They are very punctual.

I know that Bulwark Pest Control will be here every two months so that I don't have any bugs. If for some reason I happen to get bugs inside the house all I do is call them and at no extra charge they'll come. They are very professional and are in uniforms.

I have been using them for four years at my current home. They come to my home about every other month for service. I do not always do what they recommend but I know that if I did what they recommend I would see less scorpions and such. I normally only see 2 or 3 per year I do not think that is a huge problem. They are competitively priced. They are probably not the cheapest but I find when you get the cheapest you get what you pay for. They definitely have value for what they charge and that is important. I get what I pay for. It is definitely worth it, I do not have problems. They normally just spray the outside of my home.

They are very responsive. They will come out anytime if I have any issues no questions asked.

I have been with them for five years. I have not seen any bugs since they began our service. If you do see a bug, they will come back and take care of if, free of charge. The overall experience is excellent. I would use this provider again.

They charge me less since I have been using them for long time but they may charge other more since they make you sign a contract when you start with them. I would rate them highly overall and use them again in the future.

I am on a standing contract but don't really see them when they are here. I have very few problems with bugs around the house so whatever they are doing seems to work. I will use them again in the house.

They come every other month. They call on the phone and leave a message advising us that they will be coming out at a particular time and that we have to make sure we have no pets or small children outside playing around and that the gates be open so that they have access to the property. It will take them more than an hour, and we have to wait for at least an hour and let the chemicals to dry before we go outside. They also send me an e-mail as a reminder as well so that we know exactly when they come, and if there are any questions, we can call them back or e-mail them. I can even change the appointment if there is a problem, and they do an extraordinary great job. They do what they have to do, and I have never had a problem with them. They do an excellent job. It's clean and neat, and there is no puddling, mess or spills. They do perimeter spraying for mostly scorpions and some other bugs. I can contact them if there is any kind of pest or rodent problem, and they will do any kind of remediation they need to do. They are extraordinarily professional and courteous. As per my experience, I found the company that I like. They answer all my questions and concerns. They tell me about the chemicals they use and tell me how they put it down and about the lasting effects and what to expect and what not to expect. Their price is reasonable, and I am very happy with what I am paying them. I would continue to use them as I am a contract member.

They are excellent. They are the best pest company we have ever had. My parents used them and they suggested them so we tried them. They are definitely the best pest control company we have ever used. They don’t charge you anything extra if you have a problem or if you need them to come out in between visits. We will continue to use them in the future.

They come out regularly. Sometimes we see him and sometimes we don’t. They are an excellent company. They use organic products and they do a wonderful job. The other people and other companies could not get rid of the scorpions, but they got rid of them in two months. They use pet friendly and organic materials and they know what they are doing. They come out and do what we want and they are always easy to contact. They go inside and out and do what we need. We are on a regular contract with them.

They are pretty reliable. They pay close attention to detail and that was impressive; that’s why we have stuck with them.

They are a good company. I like the fact that they have been flexible. I am really not comfortable with leaving my gates open, I lock my gates because I have animals and I don’t leave my animals out. I don’t want them to run to the neighborhood so I just began to lock my gates all the time so they have been flexible when I have needed them to be here. They worked with me and I appreciated that. They charge around $40 to $45 per service. We have scorpions here and it is an ongoing problem; we are in an area where they are still developing and so every time companies come out and start digging and doing all the stuff but scorpions move and that becomes an issue. I guess I am expecting the absolute top of the line service every time because that is such a problem. Sometimes they do a good job, but sometimes I wish it had been a little bit more because that is such an alarming issue. When you have scorpions, falling out of your vets in your house it tends to make you really uneasy. It would definitely scare you and that makes you very hyperactive reactive to the need for treatments and stuff like that. Sometimes trying to set a service when I am available is a challenge. From what I am aware of with other companies, you don’t really have someone coming out to do services like that so that is a reasonable price. The quality of work is good. I certainly think that they are a company worth trying. They give me a window of when they are going to be there. They don’t say, “We will be there at two, they say, “We will be there between 12 and 6” or something like that. If they say they are going to be in that time frame, they are there.
