He came to my home. Explained the procedures that were going to be performed. Was very professional. Did a thorough job and asked if I had any questions. I have had no problems since.

It turned out fine. He did a good job.

The company representative the provided the services was very friendly and professional. He provided a lot of great advice as to what I can do to minimize bugs. My only complaint is the original representative was unable to attend and the company had to call a couple of times to reschedule. Other than that I would totally recommend their service.

We had the worst luck with this company. It started the day I tried to make an appointment. We purchased the deal through Angie's List, so I called Bulwark to schedule service. It took three attempts to reach an actual person. I was on hold for over 10 minutes the first time, the call was dropped the second time and the third time they told me I'd have to leave a message because she didn't know how to schedule me. An exterminator did call me back later that week, and service was performed. He did a cursory spray of the interior and a perimeter spray outside. Within days, we saw ant hills outside and ants inside. We did not have any pest activity prior to this. I waited almost two weeks to call again, assuming the chemicals needed time to reach the queen, but the problem persisted. I called and made a follow up appointment, and they signed me up for quarterly service (charged me). I was given a window during which an exterminator would show. On the scheduled service date, I waited the full scheduled window time, then had to leave. When I returned, I received notice that the exterminator was "unable" to perform service. First of all, I got no phone call that he would be late or not show and second of all, my gate was open (not locked) so I'm not why they didn't attempt to spray even the front. I again called Bulwark and scheduled follow up service. This time a technician did show up, but he was extremely unprofessional - did not remove his sunglasses, chewing gum and not very friendly. Again, ants persisted, so I called Bulwark and told them I wanted to cancel service. The person who answered the phone simply said "okay," She didn't ask for my name or information or attempt to rectify the situation (refund my money) so I asked to speak to her supervisor. Amanda was very professional and sounded sincerely apologetic. She told me she would refund the money and schedule another service free of charge and scheduled another service time. She assured me he would be here "at 9:00 on the dot." I wrote that down. Nine o'clock came and went, so we called Bulwark again. They said our technician was in a meeting. We didn't get a call to say he would be late, that we should reschedule or that they would send somebody else. The communication was poor at best throughout this experience, and I cannot recommend their service.

We had a real infestation of scorpions over a period of many years, also had a quite a few fire ant mounds. All were treated. I called and asked to have the scorpions re-treated after about three weeks or so because we had such a high infestation. They immediately returned and re-sprayed with a concentration on scorpions and fire ants. I have seen a truly outstanding change for the positive since our second treatment. The company also followed up to ensure we were satisfied with their services. I told my wife I think we found our new insect control service because I believe they did a great job.

The only problem is the scheduler tries real hard to sell you on the idea of regular service, like a contract, and when the tech is finished he presents you with a year contract to sign, which I marked through. It almost feels like you must do the year contract to get the deal.

They haven't done the work yet, but they have proven to be very responsive and professional when returning our calls.

Great so far - they arrived on time (actually a bit early), had everything set and ready to go. Sprayed the entire area around the home as well as a 20X40 shop we have on the property. Rep was very professional, thorough and knew what he was doing. Their equipment was top of the line and we will most likely be using them again in the near future. We have only seen a couple of scorpions after the spraying/trreatment. Would recommend to a friend/family for sure.

My dog was stung by a scorpion on our front porch which resulted in an emergency vet visit. The next day I received Angie's special on spraying the property to rid it of scorpions. Timing was perfect.

From the beginning, it was a good experience; the Company was on time and move with a purpose. They sprayed from top to bottom and my house and yard will be free of scorpions for as long as I live here. Great job by great people.

What a great company, Jon M and Roy G are true proffesionals, they have ensured i remain a customer, great customer service, promtp and very informative. The company still serviced my house although i was out of the service area, and by going out of their way they earned my trust and loyalty, would gladly use this company again.

Had some difficulty connecting with the company. Left a message on a Saturday morning with a day time phone number for a call back on Monday.Company called back after hours when I was unavailable to take call. Arrangements were made for a call the next day at the office, but no call. Again a call in the evening. It took 2-3 weeks to connect. The technician (Zack) who performed the service was very professional and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Really appreciated the fact he took off his shoes when entering the house. I had noticed red wasps at the roof line after making the initial appointment. He treated that area..but the wasps remain. The Service Agreement that he had me sign acknowledged that I had prepaid through Angie's List and showed a zero balance. I received an invoice approximately one week later which was blank. Three days later I receivedanother invoice stating I owed 74.70. The Angie List price was only $68.00. I immediately called the company and spoke with Steven who said that their billing was behind and that I owed nothing. I asked for an invoice with a zero balance to be sent to me. Two weeks later, I still have nothing in writing. Unsure whether I would use the company again.

We had bug spraying done for our entire house, inside and out because we were having issues with multiple insects in and around the house. The only problem that we had was the exterminator did not show up on time and there was no phone call to let us know if the company was going to actually send someone out for the scheduled appointment. A phone call quickly eased our concerns and the technician was at our house a while later. Overall we were very happy with the service of the company. We had purchased a "Big Deal" special from the company and they did a great job of working with us when there was some confusion about our payment. Everything worked out smoothly, thanks in big part to the help and understanding of Bulwark. The technician was professional and went about his business quickly and thoroughly. We would definitely use them again.

We called these folks after moving into our new home and was introduced to cockroaches here in Texas. They scheduled a day a couple days out and on the day of service, I received a call that a technician had called in sick and they had to reschedule us - much to the dismay of my daughter who was increasingly growing tired of the bugs (as we all were I guess). They were very apologetic about having to change dates and offered the second service for free as compensation. When the tech arrived he spent time explaining the various indigenous insects and their habitats and best practices to keep them at bay. He explained it is common to see increased insect activity once the treatments are applied - which turned out to be the case. Additionally, he advised that after 10 days if there are still insect (roaches specifically) to call back to the front office and they will send someone back. Well, we saw more bugs after the 10 day mark and called. The promptly schedules another treatment. Again, on time, professional, and informative. After the second treatment we received a follow up call from the office making sure we were will roach free. Nice touch. I hate the bugs, but these guys take care of business.

They came they treated and did a good job. Both inside and out handled effectively. Would recommend them in the future.

I called Jeff (as mentioned in the Angie's List ad) and mentioned that I had some questions as I was interested in the advertised $68 special on Angie's list. We recently moved into a new rental and had seen 3 roaches. Jeff said I needed to continually treat for them as they are difficult to get rid of. I have a dog and he said his products are pet friendly as long as the applications have time to dry. Jeff told me that it would be easier to schedule with him than through the Angie's List promotion. I didn't realize that Jeff filled out the paperwork brought when servicing my house for a year's service which is the reason for being uphappy with the price as it's $69 (before tax) every 2 months for a year. Chris came to the house to perform the service. His picture was emailed to me and he showed during the time slot promised. Chris said the inside application is covered in the cost and if I saw bugs after two weeks, they'd come in between services and spray again. So far, no live bugs. The outside application is to create a barrier outside so the bugs don't come back. Great guy who knew his stuff and was respectful to my home.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal ($68 for Preventative Interior & Exterior Pest Treatment). I bought the coupon with the idea that I would eventually get around to calling Bulwark and setting an appointment, but they called me just a few days after I made the purchase. On the day of the service, Andrew S. called me to tell me what time he could be at my house. He arrived on time and let me know what services he was going to perform. He took care of everything exactly as he said he would, explaining along the way. He was very pleasant and professional. The overall process took about 45 minutes. I will definitely signing up for a routine maintenance deal with Bulwark. Great job!

Bulwark showed up on time and the technician was very friendly and professional. He explained what I had purchased and everthing he would do.I have had my home treated every year i have had it since 2006, usually twice a year and I have never had any company do as much to treat my home as Bulwark did. I didn't have an infestation or anything but with the dry hot weather, i had begun to see the little sugar ants, june bugs on the patio, silverfish in the kitchen and bath, and even a few water bugs that look like roaches. The technician also noted the spider webs and a couple of wasp or hornet nests outside. He said he would know them all down and he did so with the stinging bug nests but not all the spider webs were taken down. I think he was concerned with large webs that might be from dangerous spiders rather than the little south texas spiders we get that make small cottony webs in every exteriour window sill of the house! Anyway, he spent over an hour working in and out whereas, other companies charge more money but finish in about 15 or 20 minutes! We have 2 cats and a dog that live inside but do go outside everyday and the technician made sure to mention that the treatment inside was safe for them but to keep them inside at least until the outside treatment dried. It rained the next 2 days so i was worried all the exterior treatment would wash away but it's been almost 2 weeks and we haven't had any bugs in the house at all. We did see alot of bugs dead outside the day or so after treatment but that's normal and should be expected if the treatment is effective. Still, when he left, the technician assured us that if we still saw bugs after 3 days, to call them back and they would retreat. I thought that was great customer service and confidence in their product and service to guarantee the treatment with rain coming and offer free second treatment if it didn't work! We will use Bulwark from now on since we now know what real pest treatment is supposed to be like! Also, the technician did not push to sell an agreement. He informed us of the options then left his card and recommended we research the company and options and pricing then call if we wanted service again. I liked that and got his name so I could call his manager and give compliment his professionalism and outstanding service.

Steve, the technician was on time and very professional. He answered all my questions. Although it was late in the day (6pm), he didn't "rush" to finish. Would recommend to everyone!

There technician, Robert, took his time and seemed to thoroughly cover all areas of the house inside and out. He explained everything in detail and answered any questioned I had. Definitely would recommend.
