Technician sprayed all of the spots where i indicated there was an issue

The treatment was effective and professional.

Everything went well; after a short period, they returned to check the traps. The price included treating the exterior and the interior. However, initially, I only wanted the exterior completed. I was told because of the plan I obtained, they would come back at anytime I requested to treat the interior and just to phone and set a date--which I did. Outstanding service and staff.

They were really good, very prompt and they came a second time because the first time that they came I didn't really know where my problems is and the problem is with my neighbor who had a rotted fence. Their fence totally rotted out so I got carpenter ants coming through and they were excellent. I also signed a contract for them to do the quarterly check because they were very good.

The exterminator was very pleasant and on time. The only problem I had was that the receipt for services included an annual contract with a monthly service fee. I refused the annual service and the representative modified the documents to remove the annual contract verbiage.

They were very thorough and professional. Only thing is, even though there are a lot of dead ones, I still have lots of insects, spiders, etc. crawling around on porches and sidewalks. Killed a scorpion in the house this past week. May need a 2nd treatment soon.

They were good. The spot they exterminated no wasps have shown up, but they have returned in a new location. I plan on calling them shortly to do the follow-up since the first visit.

The primary reason for requesting an exterminator was to get rid of wasp nests. In addition to eliminating the wasp problem, the ant and roach problem also disappeared. I was extremely happy with their service; therefore, I contracted them to spray once a quarter for one year.

Went well. Arrived on time and completed treatment in ~ 45 minutes or so. Treated house inside and outside, as well as dusting of the attic. They explained multiple times if we had ANY problems to call them and they'd come back out at no charge. As long as the scorpions stay out, the treatment and maintenance contract will be worth their weight in gold.

Has had to come back two more times since first spray.

The company representative arrived promptly as scheduled. He explained exactly what he would do, then began. He was very thorough in his work, both inside and outside around the perimeter of the house. He found a place where carpenter ants were entering the house and took care of that problem also. This was in March, and we have not seen any more ants, spiders, etc. in the house. We were very favorably impressed with the representative who came to our home. He was extremely courteous and professional. We would definitely use this company again.

They were punctual and as friendly as always. They asked if the inside needed any service and if anything significant had changed. They gave us a receipt of the work and left. Great service every single time for the last 13 years.

Daniel performed our service. He was super nice and very professional. He explained the process and product used. He did a thorough job - inside and outside. He even treated the attic. I would recommend Daniel and Bulwark to anyone.

Overall very happy with the overall service. Serviceman arrived on time and was very courteous and explained what he would be doing before spraying the house and the yard. He was punctual and very professional. I explained to him the different insects I had seen and he advised that some of the spray would be effective in killing. Serviceman completed the work well within the hour. Nice job overall!

We were having my granddaughter's 2nd birthday party in the backyard and wanted to rid ourselves of unwanted flies and mosquitoes. He arrived promptly when he said and completed the outdoor pest control in about 2 hours. The party was a huge success without those pesky insects.

We had a window from 5-7 pm, the tech called at 4:45 to inform me he was 15-20 minutes away. He arrived when he said he would. Was very nice and professional. Worked thoroughly and quickly. Went over the paperwork and all work he did, and what to expect if I wanted property to be treated every other month.

I was mainly worried about ants. And the ants have come back, not as much but they did come back. I only complained about ants but he did not go through the house much. He was very nice.

He arrived earlier than expected, but my husband was home. The technician was discussing a monthly plan with my husband, so he called me.I told my husband I wasn't interested in a monthly service, just the one time-spraying. The owner of the company called me and explained the deal I had signed up with for a Big Deal included a monthly or quarterly service plan. I told the owner I wasn't interested in a continual service. Previously, years ago, I had a contract with Bulwark Exterminating for a quarterly service for exterior insect spraying. While they did an excellent job, I wasn't seeing the need for that type of service at this time. I guess I misunderstood the deal, but the owner agreed to have his techician spray the exterior perimeter of my home for the price quoted on the Big Deal.

Quick, painless, well-explained. Not all outlets were serviced on outside walls.
