it always goes well. They explain everything that has been done. I am reminded each visit of the fact that I can call them back if needed at no extra charge between visits. I have no plans to switch providers at this time.

I was really happy with it, I thought it was a good price. I liked not being committed to monthly fees. Actually I had to call him back out for problem I had, they came out, didn't charge me that wasn't even their fault. I used my Angie's List discount.

I am still using them because they were so good. They were very respectful of my home and wore little booties to make sure that they didn’t drag anything into my house. I really did appreciate that.

I purchased a big deal for 68 Dollars and I called them, they were very nice, and they came out, but it was raining, so they could only do the inside, and they said they would call to make another appointment and they never did. I had to call them a few weeks later, and it took some time, but I finally got the right person, and then they sent somebody out. Three months later, they charged me 80 Dollars, just to do the outside, which they said has to be done every 3 months, while the inside lasts a year. It is a vacation rental, and last week, our vacation renters found 2 scorpions at 2 different times there. They told me that they are coming out again, but they still haven't told me when. I purchased the big deal and then you sign up for the annual contract. I am happy but not too happy. They are really nice, when I get a hold of the right person, but I should not have to contact them. They were supposed to spray the perimeter of the house and the yard, so that they bugs don't come in. Jeff is the person I was dealing with, and he was very nice and every time I talk to him, things get taken care of.

Good job - arrived when he said he would. The only issue I didn't like was a relatively hard sell for continued services. After a couple of "No, thank you" responses, no further requests were made.

It took three trips to stop the Scorpions, so far, but they came back out each time we called.

We contacted them initially in June to try to tame a scorpion problem. They significantly reduced the population when other companies did not. Bulwark said it can take 3-6 months to get rid of it completely and we have already seen a big drop in all pest activity. They have come out 3 times already and told us any time we see something call them. We have been very plesed with their service and are actually cheaper than our prior company that did not do as much.

It was fine. I've had no problem. They were punctual.

We had a serious scorpion problem when we hired them and now we don't.

I had a mouse living under my pantry and they took care of it. They treat inside and out for pests and it is always better when they leave. All the servicemen have been nice and professional. If they are running late they always call.

They were extremely professional and thorough and came back a couple of times to retreat the perimeter and the bathrooms.

If they come back the company comes back. They've been back four times. The owner has personally called us to check-in. He told me if I see one it's one too many. Once you call them they show up within 48 hours.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did fine. They were good. The kid that came was nice, courteous, and informative. It was very convenient and timely. I don't have anything negative to say about them at all, what they did was great.

They were even here before the window time that they have given me. When I called them initially, they were often on the phone. He's a very polite man.

the technician arrived as scheduled and called ahead. he detailed his treatments and proceeded to do them. left us with a guarantee of a free call back if the treatments weren't sufficient. we did call him back after a brown recluse spider bite sent my wife for medical treatment. the technician was there the next day and reapplied the whole treatment and extended the treatment outside by a wider margin. we were very pleased with this response, and will be getting treatments on a regular basis.
