First time they came and sprayed but they had to come back out twice after. The second time they came back out they weren't in the Scorpion truck, and they didn't get to spray because they didn't have the equipment. They couldn't come out with the scorpion truck because it is shared with a different city. The third time they came out, they sprayed and now we have no scorpion issues. I had to call several times to follow.

Great job overall. They had to come back to re-spray the outside due to raining within 12 hrs the first time around. The two technicians were very supportive and wanted to do a good job.

We live in the country and have many scorpions. Since they have treated, we have not seen ANY scorpions. I am very pleased with these results!!

It worked out great. I am still using them. I will be using them as soon as my contract runs out with this other company that I am using runs. That is all that they have charged me. They came out with in a couple of weeks. I like their price. They came inside and they were very thorough. They even took off the outlet covers and spray all in behind there. It was an educational thing for me, to learn about scorpions and where they hide in my house. What I have to do to get rid of them. I will continue to use them.

I took advantage of their Angie's List coupon for Scorpion extermination. It was a great deal and the representative (Daniel) was professional, explained everything he was doing and spent a lot of time on the job. It included treatment inside, the attic, the deck outside, garage and out and the yard as well. No one else I know of using the techniques they do for scorpions and I am so far very impressed! I haven't seen a scorpion since, and I had quite a problem!

It went not so well. I did not spend more than what the deal was for. He got muddy footprints on my carpet, which was annoying.

Great! Technician was on time. Eplained in detail what they would be doing. Very professional, courteous and caring.

The information provided the office was not relayed to service man that came to house.I needed attention to an ant situation and the service tech was not informed.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List for this service and received a call from Spencer the next day to schedule the appointment. Having recently purchased the home, I let him know I was looking for an ongoing service provider so he explained their recommended service schedule and the price which I found very competitive. My appointment was set for Saturday in a three hour window and Daniel arrived (and finished) within that window. First he walked through the house, asked about any existing pest concerns and went over the information Spencer had also provided regarding ongoing service. Once complete, he went over the list of items applied with me. Prompt, courteous and professional.

Follow up service for increased scorpion activity. This Company backs up their promises.

Originally purchased termite inspection and but it turned out I did not have termites. My house was being invaded by acrobat ants that also do damage to wood. The tech. explained what they were and how to treat these pests. I converted the termite purchase to one year of treatments with quarterly inspections. She was extremely knowledable and professional. She came back the following week to powerwash around the house with chemical. I am very satisfied with her work and promptness.

Roach, ant and wasp control was needed. Bulwark came highly recommended from friends. When I noticed them on Angie's list, I used the Angie's list coupon. They are excellent and insiect problem is under control.

In 10 years in this house, we never had a professional pest service; we didn't need it. Just lately we noticed a few roaches outside, an occasional scorpion, and a bug I'll call an earwig. Seeing the Angie's List special, I decided to try it. The company called me to set up the appointment and there was some salesmanship during the call. I expected that and didn't mind it. All I wanted was the advertised treatment. They were very accomodating to my schedule. Juan was our technician; anyone would be hard pressed to find a nicer, more polite, and professional person. Juan gets my top grade!. He showed up on time, was well dressed and identifyable by his uniform and truck, had booties for the house, explained his work in detail. He respected our needs, our house, and our belongings which is a big plus with me. He worked efficiently and thoroughly accomplishing everything that was on the list. The outside treatment went just as well. Results were evident the next day, especially outside. Inside, we have not seen anymore bugs of any type. My personal preference is to not have a recurring contract treatment, but if I ever need an exterminator, Juan and Bulwark will be my first call. 100% satisfied.

The young lady that came was very professional, professionally dressed and identified her self at the door. She checked everything and found no termite infiltration. She also answered all my questions. She is coming back this week to do the termite treatment to prevent them in the future.

Showed up 2 hours late, but once here they quickly got to work and removed mud nests and sprayed appropriately.

Exterminator arrived on time. Used different applications for different pests. Very thorough.

Did a good job as I haven't seen any roaches,ants, etc since treated. They are scheduled to return every 60 days at the same rate paid for the initial treatment under an Angie's big deal listing.

It went great. The guy was extremely polite and gave me the play by play. Excellent customer service. So much so I signed up for the annual service plan. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They came out and did the inspection yesterday and will come back in two weeks to place the bait. I have no complaints, they're very friendly.

The service went well, they were very effective. They did somethings that other exterminators that I have tried haven't done.

That was excellent, I just contracted with them to provide the service once a quarter, so I'll be using them continuously. I'm not an expert on the pricing, I assume it's a pretty good deal.

We purchased a home in March and soon after moving in I found several scorpions. I was completely freaked out as I have never saw one in real life before and got on Angie's List to find an exterminator. Just so happens that Bulwark Exterminating was running a Big Deal and I promptly purchased it and gave them a call. I spoke with a really nice gentleman, I think his name was James? And he proceeded to give me all the information on the nasty little critters They were able to fit me into the schedule that week. Their technician came out, walked the property with me, explained everything he was going to do and got started. He explained I may see a few more in the next couple of days and not to freak out, that would be normal because they were being poisoned and coming out of the wood work so to speak. Yes, I found a couple of more but they were either dead or in the process of dying...YAY!!! They scheduled another round of spraying on June 14 and since then I haven't saw a single one of the nasty little critters. I signed up for their regular service for a year and am quite happy with the job they did.

Perfect. They were on time, fast and efficient. In fact, we haven't seen a scorpion since the treatment. Nor have we seen fire ants, pill bugs, etc. These guys are good, and their product is even better. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Everything went as expected. No issues. Very professional and helped eliminate roach problem.
