Everything went perfect. Tom was very informative, and helpful throughout the whole process. I feel very lucky to have gotten him as my technician. Such a great guy. I will definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

Mike Cantu has been our technician for years and is amazing. Mike cares about the property our pets and us. Mike finds the source of any of our pest issues and both gets rid of them and protects the property with a barrier. Given a choice...we would not want anyone else.

I had a young lady by the name of, Jessica Ruiz. Jessica was extremely, friendly, concerned with my issues, knowledgeable and skilled at her craft. I asked her would she always be my technician? She stated, ''YES." Jessica gave me information about the ant and wasps issue I was having and told me what I could do, if the problem still exists, within a couple of days. I was happy and felt more comfortable in my surroundings ( my bathroom and attic). You have a great employee and she is a vital asset to your company. Jessica has great customer service skills. This was my initial visit and I was very pleased with Tracy. He texted me to keep me informed of his arrival, answered all my questions about how best to keep my pets safe from the spraying and seemed over knowledgeable about the pests I wanted to get rid of.

Daniel took did an awesome job, and took care of a wasps nest that was too high for me to reach.

My home was serviced by Robert. He was very professional, early, and communicated effectively on what steps he was taking to address my concerns with an uptick of scorpion activity in my home. He also did more than just address my scorpion issue while he was here by taking care of wasp nests and refilling my mosquito traps. Truly professional and pleasant experience...highly recommend this service pro!

Robert Espinosa JR did a great job. He was very thorough and made sure to get all of my areas of concern. He was quick to explain anything I needed further explanation of and careful to listen to my concerns. I really enjoyed how he didn't rush and really treated the area. I will be asking for him as a permanent tech for my home.

The customer service was great. I am having construction done on my home and Michael came out right away to treat wasps and ants so painters could continue their work. To my surprise Michael is bilingual which was such a plus to communicate with the painters. Michael is efficient and the treatment is working. Michael seems very experienced and knowledgeable. Fantastic Job!!
