These folks came highly recommended on Angie's List. My cat, an indoor/outdoor Tom, was dragging fleas in. Although the little critters didn't care for me, the infrestation became so bad that my adult kids threatened to stop visiting. Based on the Angie's List reviews, I contacted Bulwark (a company which, to be honest, I had never heard of before.) Bulwark had to come out a total of three times but finally, the bugs were eradicated and my flea problem was resolved

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. I kinda wished I had kept them all year and now I’m going to sign up for a year-round maintenance contract with them. I think I did one more treatment with them so I paid an additional $40. I like them. They’re thorough. I like that they spray within the walls as opposed to just the perimeter. They also use environment-safe chemicals for pets and for children and that’s important for me. I was setting up for a new appointment and they’ve called right away to schedule.I would not be a repeat customer if I'm not pleased.

They did a good job. He was polite and came exactly when he was supposed to. The treatment seemed to work well. They also take care of our commercial business.

The service man was very professional. He answered all my questions on the need of pest treatments. He was very through. He treated my property on the outside and then came inside and treated every room and the atic. He also came back to see if I had any issues. I would definitely consider referring them and using them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out great. We did pay an additional $20 just because we wanted the scorpion poison that they put out. We were okay with that. They were on time, they did their job, and I got plenty of communication from them. They were great.

Initial service was during the spring. Fidel was very friendly, explained what he would be doing, and what he observed in regards to ant and other bug sitings. Treated interior and exterior. No problem with service. Two months later, he returned, treated exterior/fence line. Paying $75 every two months is abit out of my budget range, so I did request that my service be discontinued after the 3rd treatment.

The provider came to my house, was professional, and explained everything he was going to do. I almost didn't get the service because he wanted to sign me up for continuing service. The tech ended up calling someone from the company who explained to the tech that I wasn't going to be in their maintenance plan. After a slightly rocky start, the service got underway and all was well. I continued to get phone calls after the service at varying intervals with the company trying to schedule a follow-up appointment. Finally after one of those annoying calls, I asked them not to call me again. To their credit, I have not received any further calss, so I assume all is well. Though I didn't appreciate their sales pitch, the service was worth the money.

Well. They gave us some hints to help with roach problem.

Arrived on time. Answered all my questions, explained everything he was doing. Very professional.

It went very well. When they came in response to the coupon, in June, they treated the outside, and they also treated the walls through the light sockets. I had been having a problem with crazy ants, and after a couple of weeks they came back, so Bulwark returned free of charge to treat some more. When I called for that second visit, they were very pleasant and happy to do it. In August, when they came for the regular visit, they sprayed the outside, and since I still had ant problems (I'm not surprised considering the drought), they sprayed inside my pantry and in the bathroom, where the ants had been. The next week they called and asked if I still had any ants and if I wanted them to come back out. I was impressed, since the return trips are a free service, that they actually called me. At that point I didn't need another treatment.

Bulwark showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Explained the service to be done and did the job in a timely manner. Explained the expectations after the service was done (dead bugs) and to call if repeat service was needed. No repeat service was needed. The house is in the country with livestock and wild critters, very pleased with the results of the service. We will use the service again.

The technician arrived on time. He then assessed the situation and said that the infestation was from rice beetles. He explained that they probably came in through a food product. He treated the areas for this issue and stated that they might come back when the eggs that were in the outlets hatched. I received a follow up call within the week and told them that we were starting to see small beetles. A return appointment was set up (no additional cost) and after treatment, we have not seen any issues. Overall, we will use them again. Great job!

Very fast worker. Treated some outlets on interior walls which were not likely to harbor insects and failed to treat some outside wall outlets where insects were more likely to enter. Came ontime and was particularly efficient.

It went very well. He did a great job and they came back out a few days later to spray the perimeter of home again. I plan to use them on a regular basis from now on.

They charge $51 per month. They always come at the designated time. They always knock on the door to make sure everything I want taken care of has been addressed. We have been using their services for 6 years and there has never been an issue. They do such a good job spraying our perimeter that we don’t have a need for them to do the interior. In 6 years, since using their services, we have only had 2 instances of seeing pests inside the house. If I call them to come out, they come out the next day.

Service is no better than me doing it myself.

They did a good job! They were here about 45 minutes or so. They were a little late on their appointment, but they kept in contact me. They called me to let me know they were running behind schedule.

The tech explained what the intial service would be and how the follow-up service will be conducted. He asked where we were having problems and explained what application would take care of that problem.

It turned out good. They said they would come back out if I saw anything. No problems. They showed up on time and explained what they were going to do.

I have been using them for about 3 years. The cost is about $72 every 2 months. They do good work. They send the same technician every time which is nice because you get to know him really well and you become comfortable asking him things. They are very responsive.

The spraying appeared to be successful. We did not see insects afterward.

They sprayed as scheduled the first time and after a couple weeks, we noticed there were still bugs coming out. Bulwark graciously came out and sprayed again as guaranteed!

Bulwark Exterminating personnel timely arrived at my residence. The work time was consistent with the estimate given over the phone. The services were very successful! Bugs were gone quickly!
