Great job inside and out. They were on time, thorough, and we have been pleased with the results... no bugs seen since their visit! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an exterminator. I will use them again.

Showed up on time. Asked if we needed the interior of the house sprayed, but since we haven't seen insects since the initial treatment we did not have them treat.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very good. They usually call to see if we are happy. I used them in May for the deal and then again in September. I bought a contract from them. He went through my switches, my vents and outlets so he was very thorough. He also did the perimeter on the outside. The quality was very good. He was prompt and they always call the day before.

It worked out very good. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I have renters that moved in. I haven't had them call me about anything else so far. They just moved in this weekend.

The technician showed up in the time period stated and sprayed outside for ants. For whatever reason, the ants didn't die as expected, possibly because of rain. I contacted them about the live ants, they quickly had a technician come out and spray again. While I still see a few, most are gone. I may need another treatment...we had more rain, the technician said to call again if needed and they would return. Good customer service. Will use them again.

Only problem was with establishing regular servicing. I found out that regular service did NOT include flea control. With four cats, indoor only, flea control is a major focus. During initial phone call to set up the date for using the big deal I expressed my requirements and was led to believe flea control was included. When tech finished the service and presented the annual service contract for my signature, the contract was clear that flea control was an extra charge, not part of normal service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They came and did a good job as far as I can tell. There were no additional charges. I would have them out again if I needed them.

The first month we did call them once because we had spotted a few cockroaches. They came back, resprayed inside and out. Since then they have returned monthly to spray the exterior. We have not seen any cockroaches since April. The company always contacts us by email a day or two before their next scheduled visit. They let us know that we don't have to be home when they spray the exterior, but also extend the opportunity for us to request an interior spraying if we think it is necessary. We are very satisfied with Bulwark Exterminating and highly recommend them.

They called for the appointment, set it up, and showed up on time. They did a professional job and didn't pressure us to sign any contracts.

They called right away to schedule, showed up on time, were incredibly professional and did a fantastic job. Everyone should use their services. I called another company recommended and after several attempts with no response, I happened on Bulwark. I am very thankful I did.

Initial call to Bulwark (at number posted on Angie's List) was not answered at 8:20 AM, so I left a message. At 5:00, I still had not received a callback, so I called a different number listed on their website. A very friendly person took my information and scheduled an appointment for two days away. We agreed on a 2-hour window, and I requested a call at least 10 minutes in advance so I could meet the technician. On the day of service, I still had not received a call at the end of the 2-hour window, so I called the website number again. It took at least 15 minutes to find my name and address on the service schedule. The agent called the technician for an update, and I was told he would be at my home in 20 minutes. After one hour, I called the website number again to check on the status. After another 15 minute wait, I was told again that the technician would be at my home "shortly." He did arrive after another hour, which ultimately was 2 hours past the original 2-hour window of scheduled time. The technician did not offer an apology or explanation for his tardiness. The technician looked at the ants in my house and said he didn't really know what kind they were, but he would definitely spray to get rid of them. He was extremely thorough with his treatment -- he sprayed the entire house (inside and out,) placed bait, and even went into the attic to treat. He spent about 1 hour at my house. The technician said he would return in 5-7 days to re-treat because the ant infestation was so bad. However, it is now day 12 since the original service, and no one has called to schedule another treatment, nor has anyone come back. All in all, I was satisfied with the results of Bulwark's treatment. The price was reasonable. The ant infestation appears to be gone and I have not seen any other pests in the house. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you can live with non-answered phones, difficulty in finding your information when you call for updates, and late technicians who don't follow through on their promises, then Bulwark may be the company for you.

Not very well, hate to be critical of any business out working hard, however, tried 4 times to get the 2nd or 3rd treatment completed and stood me up after my wife and I, hanging around home all day on Saturday for first attempt to find out in the evening that service man had an emergency and had to see about. Well, I understand that, so we rescheduled for next Saturday. Did not work out due to weather, and then by the 4th attempt when he arrived had no equipment to do the NORMAL spraying like I had each time, only their regular "spray can on the holster" approach where they only use a spray can (just like a wasp spray can) to spray in the corners of rooms , which I am not use to , but they said effective, and may be, but just not for me. Called manager WINSTON to discontinue all service at that time. Using APPLE PEST SERVICE and doing a good job. Also, Bulwark would always send email when the serviceman coming over for that day, with no real notice, and many times I would be at work and informed them I could not possibly be there for their scheduling . I guess they think no one works and we are all able to drop everything for their schedule. I met several really nice service folks when we did hook up initially, however, their overall way of handling our service was just not what I was used to . thanks to Bulwark for their understanding upon my discontinuing service.

We just closed on the purchase of this home. We knew there was a scorpion issue. Bulwark was out in just one day! After that treatment I still saw the little bugs . I called Bulwark and they were at my home the next morning. I was so impressed , I signed up for contract!

I've used them in the past with excellent results. This time was no different, great job.

They came and did the job. I have been very happy. They were friendly, efficient, and laughed at my jokes.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was great. I haven't had any problems at all. I liked their level of customer service. I have had their service every since I purchased the big deal. I signed up a contract with them.

I wasn't there when the service was performed but my friend had no complaints.

Technician was punctual and polite. She conducted a home inspection and was very thorough. We will definitely use Bulwark again.
