They are very professional. I had an issue where they broke one of our irrigation pipes and they took care of it.

Arrived on time - was courteous - performed work.

It was great..shared a lot of information about things to do to prevent insects. I would recommend this to anyone...they are great!!

The service they provided was not effective. The second time I still had the bugs I had to start with so I requested they make sure I was there so that they could come in and spray them as well as the red ants. They ignored my request and came over when I was not at home. I wasn't even aware they had come until I saw the bill stuck in the back door. The next they came they came in with an aerosol can and sprayed smiling like it was funny. It was not effective. They did not get rid of the problem. They billed for two visits even though they had not completed the first one. I told them I would pay for one visit only even though they did a horrible job only because I did not want they in my house again.

Service was great. We have had sugar ants off and on in our kitchen and bath, but they have been gone ever since Bulwark came out! We are getting every other monthly service from them from now on.

They were very flexible and even came earlier then the scheduled appointment when I asked. They treated both the inside of my house and outside within a four foor radius. They were incredibly friendly and even offered to come the next day for free if it were to rain. I scheduled them to come every two months for preventative care. I have two dogs and they even informed me to keep my dogs from their treatment areas 30 minutes after their work.

It was good and I had no problems. I have two houses so I bought 2 deals. They came in and did what they told me they were going to do.

Seen two scorpins in the house since service was completed -today is 31 August. Company was very responsive and returned for another spray and inspection. Excellent service

Extermination services were used from Bulwark Exterminating from July 27, 2007 to April 10, 2013. Initially monthly, then eventually seasonal treatments of the front and back yards were done. I cannot say enough good things about the technicians. They always ensured my satisfaction. Definitely consider this company for your pest extermination needs.

It went really well. We just moved in to a house on the lake and we had a significant problem with ants and were beginning to see scorpions. I called them based on my son's recommendation and the reviews on Angie 's list. They guaranteed that they would get rid of the scorpions. The scorpions and the ants were gone after the first treatment. We have had a second treatment and still no bugs in the house. The only downside is the price.

Service was provided on time and in a professional manner. The baby raccoons were taken to a wildlife rescue facility, making it an almost guilt-free extraction. The fireplace was sealed off to meet code as well. We were very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

It was OK I guess. I was expecting it to be a little bit more thorough but it is what it is. They basically sprayed the interior and exterior of the house. It didn't seem like anything out of the ordinary. They person that came out wasn't bad he seemed nice enough but they didn't rock my world. I didn't spend anything extra other than the cost of the deal.

They did a great job & were very flexible with my schedule.

Technician was prompt, courteous and sensitive to my concern that treatments not harm my dog. Technician suggested he return in one week to confirm that his work was satisfactory and to retreat if necessary. He did return and ask if all was satisfactory. It was and I was pleased with his professionalism. The price was reasonable.

I have been a loyal customer of Bulwark for about eight years. I highly recommend them. They are extremely professional and all treat my family with utmost respect. Our exterminator is Stephen and he goes above and beyond every time. Stephen will spray the perimeter as usual then will spray around my childrens playground equipment due to their allergies to fireants. We actually stopped service at one time and went with another company. It only lasted for two treatments when I cancelled and called bulwark back. I have never had anything but great things to say about them. Scorpions were eveywhere when we moved in they are a thing of the past now. I recommended Bulwark to a friend in Devine Texas. They talked to Bulwark and even though Devine is outside of their coverage area they still made the trip to help out my friend with the scorpions. They were unable to provide monthly service for her but, due to the recommendation they thought they should provide a treatment. This is the attitude that makes me sit down and write a quick review for all to see. Go with Bulwark...you will love them.

They were very prompt, professional and polite. We had rain a few hours after they left and we got a call a couple days later for them to come back at no charge to retreat the outside and check to be sure we had no problems inside. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing pest control.

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable in their field. I plan on using this company again and would highly recommend them to others.

It went very quickly. The house was covered, inside and out. Spiders were my main concern, but it would take more treatments to eradicate hatching eggs. Provider was courtious and thorough.

Man showed up, sprayed kitchen safe insecticide all pertinent areas, also got other areas of house and outside. Some ants showed up for 2 or 3 days afterwards and then zilch.

Not very well. Failed to spray on the ant beds; the main reason for the service. Had to come out a second time. Placed more pellets on the outside. Left one active ant bed in yard. Failed to meet satisfactory service. First technician seemed to be in a hurry to leave. Neither technician introduced themselves. Reported on time specified.

The exterminator arrived on time and performed extermination to inside and outside of my home. My big problem was spiders and fire ants, both where eliminated by this service. I was told that I might see and increase of pests inside my home for the 2 weeks following service and that's what happened. After the 2 weeks pest disappeared currently I do not have a pest problem. The service was worth the $70.00 and I will use them again in the future.

They sprayed the house and yard. When I discovered a fire ants nest, they came back and treated it. I have no complaints.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was all right. I liked the fact that they took their shoes off when they came inside the house. They were courteous, and polite. The work that they did was excellent.
