This was the best Pest Control service I have every received. I have been receiving Pest Control services for over 25 years. Eloy, the technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed oriented about services being provided. He explained every process he was doing and why. First impressions are lasting and Eloy certainly made a great impression. Immediately and the next day I observed the "crazy" ants demising. Due to inclement weather, he was not able to complete the intensive external treatment and thus indicated a technician would return to complete the external treatment. Eloy specified that he was not sure if he would be the returning technician. Therefore, he ensured I knew what he was doing and locations of serviced areas. Eloy was the technician returning and the time frame he estimated someone would return occurred.

I could not get rid of them and I’ve been through 4 different exterminators. Within 2 services they got rid of them.

Very well! There was a lot of confusion, it was had to get in touch with them but finally they did but after I did they billed me for it after I had already purchased in Angie's List. So I don't if they are just inundated with work at the present time but there was just some confusion. I emailed my email account through Angie's List, I attached the pdf copy of my coupons from Angie's List and also the invoice that they had invoiced me in. Someone responded and said they were just credited and they would take care of it. Their work I can't complain about that but as far as their customer service they need to get through like people or like a system better than what they are using. They do a good job, they know what they are doing. It is just their administrative issue they have got to meet.

He was punctual and professional. The treatment was effective. He was very friendly.

He showed up on time and did a thorough job with the pest control.

So, so, treatment didn't last long

Bulwark Exterminating treated our house inside and outside in the yard for standard pests. We saw no bugs after treatment for more than the time they guaranteed coverage.

A service guy came out and sprayed entryways to rooms, He said if that did not fix the problem, they would come back. It did not fix the problem so another service guy came out right away and sprayed inside cupboards etc. That took care of the problem. Both guys were great. Don't remember the price but it was good.

They were extremely timely scheduling an appointment and very knowledgeable about other preventative measures. They did not try to upsell me on unnecessary services. I will update the recommendation in the coming weeks/months as they will give the true story of the effectiveness of their interventions.

I called to set up appointment for service. I was given a time. I took off work to be there at that time and when it came to that time, they were not at my home, so I called to see if they were on their way and they gave me a different time of my appointment. So at that time, I rescheduled my appointment for another day. Then I get a call from a different service person, confirming my original appointment! Lack of communication on their part and I don't have time to be taking off from work to deal with that.

The techs that came out to do the cleaning (three so far) have been prompt, courteous and thorough. They've done a fantastic job of eliminating the bug problem our house had. We are now signed up with them to come and spray the house on a quarterly basis. I'm glad that we found them on Angie's List. I would definitely recommend this company.

Each Bulwark technician has been professional and punctual during the monthly visits (cost is approximately $52/month), and he always knocks on the front door to see if I am at home and have any current concerns. Due to ongoing construction in our subdivision, we have seen the occasional scorpion on the porch or in the garage. Bulwark always sends someone out very quickly to address the issue, whether it is scorpions, ants, etc. I would highly recommend Bulwark to my neighbors.

They were okay. I appreciated their service. They did a thorough job and they followed through. The first day they came it was raining so they did the inside and came back out to do the exterior.

I didn’t have to call them back out. They did an okay job. They were thorough. They emailed me a picture of who would be showing up before they arrived and I thought that was pretty neat! Everyone from the staff to the technician were nice. I don’t have anything to compare the price to, but I would consider hiring them again.

They came out 3 times and did not eradicate the problem. I had another exterminator come and after one treatment they took care of the problem.

Bulwark is very professional, dependable, flexible and does what you ask them to do. Their customer service is great as well. They will come out in betweens quarterly appts to spray again if you have any issues. I think they are a good, solid company.

Seemed to go well BUT had a problem with ants. Came out a second time, at no additional cost, and retreated with, apparently, a different chemical and I've had no problems since.

This is a great company. They came out to do a scorpion service and I decided to use them on a every-other-month service as well. Fidel Osorio is my technician. Fidel is super nice. He looks for the unusual (wasp nests, pests in attic, etc.) He is willing to go up in the attic and look for droppings, or look for other pest activity. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is good at our home. The office staff checks on us with follow up phone calls. They come out for free if you have issues between service. This is a very good company. I live out in the country - in Boerne, and feel fortunate to have this company keeping the pests away.

I use them quarterly. They treat my front and back yards for bugs and if needed the inside of my home. It always goes well.

This has been an ongoing project. I don't know if the problem is extreme infestation of ants, or Bulwarks choice of chemicals, or thoroughness of applications, but their service man has been out here about 6 times, and still has not eliminated all the ants from the inside nor from the outside. My ratings are based on the company's customer service. They are trying to deal with the problem and are very responsive to my requests for additional visits. When this is finally concluded I'll have more to say, and hopefully it will all be good.

These folks are very professional and courteous. The first date of 10/16/13 the technician sprayed the inside of the house and set a high standard for all the other technicians. He explained the process fully and explained he would need to reschedule the outdoor service due to the weather. On 10/24/13 a different technician returned to perform the outdoor service. He was as professional and courteous as the first and went right to work after a quick discussion. Bulwark had to be called back out because the bee nests were not knocked down.

Not sure of the cost or service date.

Exterminator came by 09-11-2013. He asked about any pest problems and we advised him we were plagued by ants inside the home. He treated for ants and sprayed around the exterior of the home. It was all done within the parameters of the Big Deal we purchased. He arrived at 6:55 PM which was within the time frame we had been given. The company returned 3 times thereafter on 9/21,10/15 and 11/8 to retreat for ants, free of charge. My family is very satisfied with their services and would not hesitate to refer them to others.
