It was fine. They showed up when they were supposed to, when they said they would be here. They explained everything they were going to do. They were only in the house for a very short time. They've come back monthly since I went ahead and decided to go with them monthly. We've been so happy so far. I have not seen any bugs or anything.

When the guy initially called after I made the purchase, instead of just scheduling an appointment for the one time treatment, he was trying sell me a quarterly contract instead. I decided to cancel the Big Deal because I did not want to have them come to my house with a sales pitch.

The service was okay. I hired their service after that. They got rid of the ant problem, even though it was difficult. We don't have the problem anymore.

It went very smoothly. Starting with my original phone call to the date of the service everything was tremendous. They took time to answer any questions and make sure that I knew exactly what they were doing before they came out.

It was really great. They did a good job. They did inside and outside, they didn't really transfer anywhere. They put a little bit in our garage and the entrance of the garage just in case they're coming in through the garage. Their pricing was a lot cheaper than what we've been looking at. The gentleman even talked to me and explained what he was doing so it was good. It wasn't a rush job. He was thorough.

This is the first time I have ever used this company. It was fairly easy to schedule an appointment and they arrived on time. My experience with the company and deal was okay. I enjoyed the fact that the service was prepaid and they did not try to up-sale any services once they arrived.

we were advised that the initial treatment would sitr-up pests and we would see more than usual. In fact, we found many more dead insects including spiders, but the ants continued to swarm periodically. We had been told by the contractor that they would happily return and retreat as necessary, but that we ought to wait a week or so to see how the first treatment was working. In two weeks, we had the contractor return since we still had trails of ants. The contractor were very professional and attended to treating areas of particular infestation. Going on three weeks we see a steady decrease in the amount of ants. And find them in only one area as of today. Most likely, we will request another treatment which we understand from the contractor can be done again, free of charge. The company has been excellent to work with so far.

It was hard to schedule an appointment for them to come out. The work was all-right. I saw what they used for the treatment and found that I could do it myself for a much less cost. They did try to over-sell me when they arrived for the work and I did not accept any of the additional services.

They come out each quarter for treatment but will come back if there are ever any issues in between. They will call or email around the time for the next appointment and if that date doesn’t work out, we can just call them. Everything has out turned out well with the service.

They came and did what they said they would. They offer a guarantee with the work as well. After the first visit, we still had scorpions and they came back and treated them until they were gone. They were responsive and made sure the job was done right. Everything worked out fine.

They showed up on time. Very professional. I have been using them now for almost a year. I would recommend them to anyone.

They offered the service with their special and if you needed the inside treatment, that was free. When a technician initially came out, he came to the door and explained to us what the program consisted of, how it benefited us and what would be some of the things that we might want to look for. He offered to spray the house which he did with no charge because it was a firsthand treatment and we were having a lot of problems with little bugs at that time. He sprayed really good and then did the outside and told us to call back in a week if we still saw the bugs and they would send somebody out. We did continue to see them because it rained between the two visits and they were right back out to respray the yard and they were gone and we never heard no more from those little bugs. They were very good. It was a good service for the price of the deal. To get those little things taken care of has been great. We have also used them two or three more times since then. They were very responsive. They sent us an email to notify us when they were coming and so we knew two days in advance from the work who will be here and when he or she will be here. We have the choice to call and reschedule it but being retired, we do not have a lot of pressing matters. We have had two technicians come and both have been very professional and their punctuality was also very good.

The appointment went fine. We still use them today. When I have a problem, I just call and they are out within a day or two. The guy who comes out is very nice. I don't have any problems with them.

I saw no difference from what I used to do myself versus what they did. I actually had more flying insects, mud wasps and everything floating around after they did it versus when I was doing it. They accepted the coupon and I did not have any problem with the business itself. It was just that the quality of their work was less than anticipated. I am not sure what they normally charge but quite frankly, even with the coupon, since the results were not that good, I would not use them again. But they were fairly responsive.

It was okay. They came out and they did their job. They were friendly.

We bought a voucher on Angie's List for Bulwark Exterminating's first visit. We saw a steady decrease in the number of pests over the next two weeks after the initial treatment and have been generally satisfied with the results. We had Bulwark do a follow-up visit in November and spray outside only. We are pleased with their service and plan to schedule quarterly visits going forward.

They are an excellent company.

That turned out really well. I ended up buying their treatment for a full year service. They did a really good job and they followed up a couple weeks later to see how everything turned out. They were making sure to go around the entire outside and inside of the outlets with the treatment. They were cautious to protect my home. They used the foot covers and were considerate.

My experience with them was annoying because they just kept coming over and tried to charge me for additional service when I told them that I did not want any additional services. They come by monthly for the service, but they haven’t been here for a while. They were nice about it, but they just coming back over for additional services.

We originally bought the service as an Angie's List Big Deal. The yard and inside the home were both treated at that time. We agreed to quarterly treatment of the yard and have been happy with the service. The provider notifies us by e-mail when a treatment is scheduled, but we do not have to be present when the service is performed. The technician leaves a statement of services on our door, and then we receive an invoice in the mail. We are happy with the services and would recommend Bulwark to others. The only service I wish they would add is the ability to pay the invoices on their website. For now, we have to send a check for payment.
