Bulwark Exterminating San Antonio

The Bulwark exterminator arrived on time, and explained the process. The person seemed young, like a college kid, but was very knowledgeable about the product and the procedures to apply them. He explained everything very thoroughly, and I was very impressed.

Right on time. Did exactly what was expected and more.

Very thorough and safe for pets and children. Even took off the outlet covers to treat inside of walls.

Tech Robert Street was courteous, prompt, and professional. He called so I knew he was enroute and arrived ontime. He was friendly and explained what chemicals he would be using, where he was going to apply them, and why. He applied them quickly and carefully inside, outside, and under the house. Nothing needed to be taken out of cabinets and we did not need to leave our home during the treatment. Our 2,000 sq ft home was treated inside and out in just over an hour. Bonus, he wasn't judgemental by our cluttered family room (I had dithered about calling in an exterminator , thinking I would tidy it and then call. Yeah, right). Because we were comfortable with the process and Mr. Street, we scheduled treatments for every two months (Hey, one scorpion inside your home is one too many!). The price will be $81 a treatment, or roughly the same as our water or satellite TV bills. There was no commitment and we can opt out at any time. Bulwark is even coming back in a couple weeks because the yellow garden spiders were so dense in our back yard and that extra treatment is free!

This service significantly exceeded our expectations. We are new to Texas so we appreciated the education on what to expect and what to watch for around our home.

I saw a couple of scorpions and wanted my house and yard treated. Bulwark came out quickly and did a thorough job. They are kid and pet friendly in the chemicals they use. Plus, they not only spray the perimeter, they also spray inside all exterior walls.

Great service, very helpful and friendly. I ended up signing up for their every other month service and have been very happy with the results.

They came on time, and they were professional. However, all he did was spray a can inside the house. Outside, he said he would hook up his truck and spray outside, but he was done so fast that I don't see how he did the work. He also worked quite quickly inside with the can, too. He tried to sell me into his treatment program, but I found another exterminator that did more for the same amount.

Very effective, ants were gone within the week.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It didn't turn out well. They didn't deliver what they advertised.

I haven't had a problem since they sprayed. The guys are always friendly, and they are there when they say they will be there, you don't wait around the whole day. Their bill is reasonable. I would highly recommend them. I never priced them with other companies, but I think the price is reasonable for the service. They are very responsive.

Ok for initial treatment however, follow up started going down hill. Two or three times tried follow up appointment, wife made arrangements to be home from work and very late and then finally cancelled by tech. Then next attempt he did come over but had wrong equpment, could not treat home, so now looking at another attempt to be home and wait and just was not willing to continue to try to hook up with this company. They seem so busy and remind you over and over for appt. but then they don't show or do not have right equip. recommend you look elsewhere. I have been very happy with APPLE since terminating this company. Seemed very nice folks and always cooperative, however, just not dependable .

They were punctual and will let us know if they're going to be late. They are professional and arrive in uniform. We’ve been using their service every 2- 3 months since for upkeep work on the outside of our home.

The provider was polite and did as he said he would do.

We are very happy with Bulwark and continue to use them on a regular basis. They are thorough and always ask if we have had any problems or concerns. If there is an issue between regularly scheduled visits we can just call them and they come as soon as possible. They also did a great job on our fruit trees last year. We highly recommend Bulwark.

The job went well. Had to return a second time because there was such an infestation of ants. The ant problem was solved.

The treatment went without a hitch and the service man was totally professional except that he didn't have an identification card. (Uniform and marked vehicle he had.)

He arrived on tme, explained what he would do, then said that he would be back the following week to do a second treatment of several ant hills that he found in my yard. There was no charge for the second treatment. I was very satisfied with their work.

After a couple of treatments...no more scorpions.
