They are an excellent company. They have an extremely courteous staff and seem to go out of their way. They really pay attention to what they are doing.

They were fine. They were very accommodating and educated us. I have contracted with them to do exterminating on my place.

They showed up on time and were professional. They followed up with a return visit two weeks later as stated when they sprayed the first time. I was very happy with their service.

This is the second time I used them or maybe the third and each time, they have been out here on time. They are courteous and they are receptive to comments or feedback. They are just overall a good company that makes you want to go back. Their customer service is excellent. I can’t complaint.

We were thrilled with the service. Fidel explained everything that he was going to do and why. He also was very professional, prompt and courteous. We couldn't have asked for better service. I just bought my Angie's coupon yesterday, and they were here today, one day later. I will sign up with them for their quarterly service for sure. They are very reasonable, and we liked the way they treat the pests. Their philosophy makes perfect sense. They also let us know we can call anytime we see a problem in between services. Their service was well worth the money.

Roy is absolutely wonderful. He's always on time and very friendly. I tend to spend about 10 extra minutes chatting with him. He keeps me well informed and he was never annoyed at me asking him to come out regularly for even small issues. I had some wasp beginning to nest in my front entry-way. Roy was out the next day to take care of them. The only improvement I wish they would make is their home office. After my initial visit, I received multiple calls (some 5 minutes apart) asking how I liked my service. Also, sometimes, when Roy would schedule a follow-up, I would call in and confirm and they wouldn't have it on the schedule, so I scheduled it with them. Whether this was Roy's fault or the office's fault, I'm not sure. When I told Roy about it, he seemed to know it happened occasionally and apologized to me for it. No harm done. I just wish they would do a little better at sharing information around the office. Overall, I could not be more pleased. Initially, I was unsure whether I wanted to be on a continuous pest control plan, but the service I received from Roy solidified it for me. I'm sticking with Bulwark.

It was okay. I will probably not use them again in the future.

I still use them. As a matter of fact, I'm going to drop the other company we were with. We were on a contract with them and that just expired. So I'm going to keep Bulwark because they're more reasonable. They came out within a month after the deal was purchased. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They're reasonable and come when they say they're going to come. I just haven't had any problems with them.

It was fine. We are still using them. You can't really get rid of the scorpions, but we see a lot less of them. Their price is good.

They've been coming here once every quarter and we take it for a good price. If we had a problem, they come back. We had an issue with the ants and they came back within the week.

When I called to schedule the appt. the owner was very knowledgeable and professional, answering all of my questions and concerns about the materials used. When the tech arrived at our home for the appt. he had no knowledge of any of the details of the conversation. It was apparent they were only interested in doing the quickest job possible, did not seem to care about our questions/concerns about the safety of the chemicals used for our kids or pets. Told us it was safe for pets to go outside after it dried in an hour, doorways were soaked and did not dry until the evening. We were told they would check the yard and treat for ants, the tech stated our yard was big and he couldn't do that (even though we were not asked the size of our yard). They seemed more concerned with getting us set up on the quarterly plan than developing a good, long term relationship based on customer service.

Good communication. Showed up on time. Very professional. They had to make a return visit to finish outside extermination due to rainy weather. They were good at following up by contacting me to reschedule before I got around to contacting them to reschedule. Would recommend their services.

That is not saying that they did a bad job at all. I would hire them again if I still lived in Texas.

They are prompt and always very helpful and courteous.

Kept getting billed even though tech never showed up

Ants are now gone. I will use Bulwark again.

It is nice that I don't have to be present for them to come and do the service. We also can call if we see anything needing to be taken care of between services and they will come out and treat for no extra cost.

I really like Bulwark. Our technician is always friendly and very professional. If I have any problems between services, they will come out. I have very few issues, though, with having regular service. My neighbors always deal with scorpions and I've never had to deal with them which shows that Bulwark takes care of them before I ever have to see them.

The experience was good for the services we hired them for off of the Big Deal offering. They were responsive by phone, set the appointment, and showed up on time. We did still see scorpions in the areas that were treated, but to be fair, our property is larger than the big deal covered to treat, so they may have come in from outside of the treated area. The only reason for my B on the professionalism rating is that I continued to get follow up calls for almost a year after the service trying to get me to sign on to a quarterly plan. I had shared with them that I was under an agreement with another company, and told them when that expired. They called around that time, which I was okay with, and I shared that I had renewed with the existing provider. Evidently, that did not make it into their notes, and I received multiple calls after that (which I let most go to voicemail). Nice, friendly people, and obviously go-getters in the sales arena, and would consider them in the future should anything change with my existing provider.

They have always done a great job and when requested, they return to address any problems without extra charge. We appreciate the scheduling phone calls and email reminders of the date and time for the next visit. They consistently ask if we have any special problems - inside and out - that need to be addressed at the beginning of each appointment. I like the fact that products used are environmentally safe. |Technicians change periodically but all of them have been cordial and professional.

I was impressed. The technician even took off electrical plates and sprayed into the walls. Seems to be working well.

Trouble free. The technician performs his application of insecticide without need to interact with us. The scorpions and spiders population have diminished since we have been using Bulwark.

He had to come back because on the first trip he did not have a ladder to access the attic to inspect and spray up there. The young man was polite and helpful.

It went very well. Technician was on time and very professional. The work was done in a timely manner and thoroughly explained. I did sign up for their maintainance plan but they were not pushy.

It did not turn out well. When the guy came out, he locked himself in the car and spent more time unlocking himself than working inside the house. Then they kept calling me back for more work until I told them I still had roaches. They said that they would come out for a follow up spray for free, but when they came out after I had been out of town for a while, they charged me a service fee because it was out of their timeframe by the time I could have them come out. I have also requested 4 times for one of the managers or owners to call me back, but they never did.
