Everything turned out well. The technician showed on time, did the treatment as promised, and acted professionally. It did rain a couple of weeks after the treatment, and we had some bugs come into the house. We didn't follow up with the company about this issue however.

Friendly, courteous service rep. Noticed lots of dead crits after initial visit, so obviously effective. Only reason I no longer continue their service is because the bi-monthly visits were more than my budget could handle.

Bad I made contact with Bulwark but service person never called me.

It went well. I called and received an Angies List Discount for the initial home visit and follow on service. I spoke with Steve, he was very friendly and helpful with a description of service and setting up an appointment. Fidel arrived within the time given, was also very friendly and thorough. Since the initial treatment we have not noticed any pests in the house or around our patio and drive way.

Just a quick comment on technician Steven's work. He did a great job and we will be usie service again because of him. Great work Bulwark Exterminating!

They are an excellent firm. They call on a regular basis to see how the infestation is doing. They have also come out several times to check up on their work. We had tried using another company for a year and a half to get rid of German cockroaches, with no results. We have been impressed with them.

That turned out okay and they did a good job. I was not here when they did the service, this was at our office and my assistant was here. They took care of everything, they were nice, paid attention to what we asked for. There were some mix-ups due to appointments and after we got everything resolved, they were able to come out for us to the service. We emailed and we had phone calls, but they came out immediately after our actual contact.

The provider was on time. I have not noticed any bugs since. I would use this service provider again.

This is a great company ,service goes above and beyond,after 15 years and 6 companies I finally found a great fumigator.Eloy is so kind and really goes out of his way to make his customers happy ,I want Eloy each and every time ,he is great and a big asset to this great company .

There were still ants crawling n the tub and roaches coming in after the treatment. It did little good.

We went back and forth a few times before we could connect. Their phone service wasn't working properly. When we did finally connect, they immediately tried to upsell me before they even came out and did what they were supposed to do and I told them I wasn't interested. We made an appointment for about a week away. They called back a bit later and said they needed to reschedule so we did. About an hour before they were supposed to come out, they called again and wanted to push the time to later. I asked why and they said they had someone scheduled already for my time slot. This was an hour before they were supposed to be here and they had already rescheduled me once. I told them I couldn't do it later so instead of rescheduling me, they said they would call me back and they hung up. I still have not heard from them. I just now sent them a message asking for my money back and told them I was calling someone else. I guess since I wasn't interested in being upsold, I just wasn't all that important!!

I ordered the Scorpion Elimination Deal on July 1 because Bulwark Exterminating advertised that they service Comal County (which is where I live). On July 2 I received a message from them through Angie's List saying they would schedule the service. However, they later called and said they did not service my area. They only serviced a portion of Comal County (around New Braunfels). I think they should advertise that they service "parts of Comal" and not just Comal, which is misleading.

They're doing pretty good. It was rough to get on top of the problem initially but after that things have been good. We don't have any scorpions any longer.

They are great, I love Bulwark. I used them about a month ago, and it is just a wonderful company. I have used them for 2 years. Whenever I have used them, it costs $52 for whatever I want them to exterminate, inside and outside the yard, and that includes then coming back whenever I want over a 60 day period, if there are any issues that needs them to come back. I do that 5 times a year, because they have a seasonal schedule.

The technician researched the bug that we couldn't seem to get rid of and helped us pinpoint where the bugs were apparently getting in.

As I said, did not get all the scorpions the first time but came back, free of charge two more times to complete the job.

The service worked out fine, we have used them before. We had purchased a big deal for $68, and they did not charge any more.

We pay one set amount per year. We have been using them for a few years now. They got on it right away particularly the problem that we have. We've had no problems. They come out right away. There is no extra charge if they had to come out more than once for any particular reason or if we end up having problems or anything like that. I think the price is decent. They are pretty good with regards to punctuality.

Easy to schedule with them. They are prompt and on time.

Hard to say if it was effective in deterring scorpions or not because we do not see them all the time. Price is about the same as the company we have been using for pest control so will not be changing companies because of this service.
