They are great. They do exceptional service. I've used them for 7 years and in that time I think I've seen maybe 5 bugs. I found a scorpion twice in the house. They let me know that they are going to be here about 3 days before they come and they leave a note letting me know that they are done. They ring the bell if we are home to let me know that they are here and just a note if I'm not home. If there is a problem, they are out when they tell me and usually the next day. They do a super job.

It was a Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They did really good. We didn't pay any additional. They were very thorough. We used quite some time ago in the past at a different house. They did well then. They followed up on the phone to make sure that things were working fine. Scheduling was fine. We played a little bit of phone tag for scheduling but it was probably due to the deal because they got slammed.

They have been providing service for me for 3 1/2 years. They will do the inside of the house if I see any bugs but I haven't seen hardly any in the last 3 years. They bill me automatically. I like that I don't have any bugs in my house. They will ring the bell to tell me they are here. If I called them today and said that I had bugs, they would be out here this afternoon.

The service was excellent by my standards. No bugs have been noted. As a homeowner, I get a lot of solicitation from bug companies, including this company. I will use them as my bug company in the future.

It was great. They were extremely courteous and extremely prompt. They followed up with me right away.

Arrived about 45 mins to an hour later than quoted. He was very informative and n/o us when treatment completed and not to touch anything til it was dry. We have not seen any scorpions inside our home since then (almost 2 months). We also have them do our pest spraying throughout the year. For the most part, the technicians are professional (esp. Randy M.), informative and very attentive. We had an especially bad summer for wasps due to the draught: we had to call them every couple weeks due to infestations around and finally in our home. Then responded promptly and without a hassle every time we called (which was a lot). They eventually got on top of the problem and have had much less problem with the wasps since the beginning of August.

When I called for an appointment, they completed the work in a timely fashion and to standard. I use them each year and enjoy knowing that they do a great job.

Provider showed up, asked permission to come into my home, and we then went over everything he was going to do. He then treated my home inside and outside, as well as the attic. The gentleman was very professional and courteous.

They did an excellent job and had great follow-up. They were right on-time and spent a long time explaining what they were using and what they were going to do to treat. I am considering signing up for a regular scheduled service with them. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth.

Only time will tell...but the Service was done Professionally and the service man was very thorough and I signed up for a quarterly service

Fabio was excellent. He talked to me about specific problems I had and explained the various treatments he was applying. He was pleasant and effective. I would use this company again.

It went great. I made initial appointment for a week out. When I noticed that I had a bug problem because my new home had sat vacant for a while after construction I called them back and they accomodated me. I received a sooner service date. I was very happy with the level of service and responsiveness.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They said that for the next 5-7 days I was going to have increased activity and then they would die off. That happened. I've noticed a lot less activity in terms of insects overall. I have not noticed mosquitoes or spiders, which I had gotten a lot of bites from so I think they did a real good job. The price of the deal covered everything. They didn't come when they said they would but that is kind of a continuing problem because I live way out in the sticks. It is at least a 40 mile drive from San Antonio.

At first, I was upset because I purchased the big deal $89.00 deal and schedule the appointment for Saturday. Saturday came and went without a phone call or no one showing up at my door. I had to call again and they fit me in the following day. The person that came out with very professional and courtesy and towards the end I signed up for their recurring services. I like the fact on if I have any problems or see any creatures they will come back at no additional charge.
