Very professional, on time and efficient. Very impressed!

This was one of their coupon deals for $89. The service was very good the technician very responsive, courteous and fast. I do however, have major issues with the company. The company failed to inform us that this was not a one time service as the ad promoted. It was a sign up for ongoing service. They autoscheduled multiple appointments and it took four conversations to cancel. Every time they confirmed it was cancelled, someone would be sent to service. I do not like bait and switch options based off of cheap coupon deals and this definitely came across this way, whether intentional or now.

I just personally wanted them gone, and treated immediately. I did not want to wait.

They came out and did a free termite inspection. They found no traces of termites. Another service months before told me I had an active infestation. They recommended a one year service contract to put out bait stations which they would recheck quarterly. They were very professional and tidy. They returned to install the bait stations on time and with very little fuss. So far I am pleased. The proof of course will not be apparent till next year.

I thought it was good that we had really heavy rains afterward and they came back twice to redo the outside and it wasn't they did a poor job it was just got rained and washed out and that was of no charge. They tell you that upfront anything ever comes out they will be back and no charge. The second time we never needed a come back for them. They were responsive. I would use them in the future.

Their service is good. They were a little slow on scheduling. Interaction was good once they called me. Work was good.

There were no issues. This was a preventative spray in our new home. It was easy to schedule an appointment once the deal was purchased. The tech was prompt. There were no complaints. We may use this provider again.

My initial planned and scheduled visit went fine. It is after that I am not happy with. i did not want a contract. They scheduled a time to come without my confirmation. I was busy at work when they came and exterminated for pests outside only since they could not get inside. I was charged 80.00. I do not think this is fair.

I wasnt able to use the deal because I have called them no less than 10 times and have been transfered all over the company as well as have been promised callback with not hearing from anyone. They have been totally unresponsive.

They insulated some of the outside light fixtures. They sprayed the inside and outside of the house. We haven’t had any issues since. There are no more ants. They were the only company to check for the outside outlets and they insulated and caulked those.

Went well. Would recommend and use this company again. Service techs were very nice. We were still seeing a few bugs a few days after the initial spray. The company had done a follow up call to see if I was satisfied which I appreciated and they came out at no charge to respray the interior with a different chemical which did the job. Haven't had any issues since.

They arrived on the day expected, per the phone call I received prior to confirm date. They completed the services as expected and per our agreement, cost of services was processed as agreed. I would recommend this provider to anyone that is looking for a pest control provider. The price is reasonable and well worth the money.

I believe it went well, we eventually found a dead scorpion in one of the rooms and that has been the last one we've so its all good.

The technicians were super! Very professional and personable. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They were very clearly concerned about the safety of my children and pets. I still had a few scorpion encounters after the service, but they were greatly reduced. In reality, scorpions are very hard to control. I know that from living in the desert southwest for over a decade. I wouldn't hesitate to invite them back. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied! :)

I have utilized Bulwark twice and both times, I was very happy with the services provided. Terrence provided the initial treatment and I appreciated how informative he was about the process and the chemicals that were being used. Danny provided the follow up treatment and he was also very informative, especially when it came to treating my ant problem. The staff is professional, yet personable, and all about customer service ... I will recommend Bulwark and its team to anyone who asks.

The service went extremely well. I bought a package and thy came out and did a great job. Part of the house wanted to be redone and they came out and did it. They were courteous and professional. There was a lot of insects and they did a great job and I would use them again. They are much more targeted and their approach is more logical. The house was vacant for a longtime so there was a lot of insects and I thought it was a challenging projects and they solved the problem with one treatment.

They did the whole house and there were aunts in one room and they took care of it. They were courteous and friendly. The price was outstanding.
