The person that assisted me, Johnathan, was very helpful. He was patient with me. He was very informative and honest. He explained everything to me for the repeat services. It was great.

There were issues with getting an appointment but once appointment was made all was smooth.

It went well. When they came out, they were professional, courteous, and responsive to all my questions/concerns.

It has been excellent experience our provider is very sweet and will treat only as needed (i.e. Treat inside only if necessary since we have a baby). He is always punctual and polite. On one occasion, we needed them to do an additional treatment although it was not time for our regularly scheduled treatment, I called and the company had the provider come out within 48 h at no charge since we have regular contracted treatments. This company genuinely cares. The people I speak to on the phone try to work with my schedule and are ALWAYS courteous. We chose this company for it's reviews and the original Angie's list deal and we have not been the list bit disappointed. This company lives up to it's A rating. I highly recommend it.

I have signed up for the yearly service and any time I see any bugs at all they come out the treat free of charge.

This was great experience! They were so professional, honest and had great attention to detail. My husband has been treating the house, because I have fired 2 big name companies for lying about performing services and not doing what was promised. This company does more than they ever did, for a great price and no contracts! My husband and I were thrilled and will have them back regularly.

It was good. They came out the next day. There were no additional charges. They did extermination in the house, on the sides, in the attic and then they went outside. I saw some ants yesterday but they told me that if I see anything to call them. The person was very professional. It was a female. I had some questions regarding termites and she was very knowledgeable about it. I really liked her.

It was excellent. They came out on the 15th which was the day I closed my house. As I was opening my front door, they were coming in to do the exterminating. Everything worked great. We didn't see bugs for a few months. We called them back and we are on an every other month service with them. The professionalism of the technician stood out to me. The price was fairly well. I didn't shop around too much but it seemed to be a pretty good deal. As far as the service that we received, I would say it was a very good deal.

Brandon did an outstanding job. Arrived on time, explained what he was going to do an the environmentally safe chemicals he would use. Did a thorough job.

It worked out well. They did a general spray in the front and back yard.

The company was great. They were on time, friendly and professional. I'm actually about to call them to set up an annual service contract.

On time, on price, and good result!

THis is the second time I've used Bulward with an Angies deal. Both times, they've been very professional and prompt. I like that they don't require a contract and you can specifiy how often you want service. This was for a rent house but I will probably go ahead and sign up for our residence as well. They concentrate on the exterior and don't spray all over the house like Termmix always did.

They came out and did the job I hired them for. No bugs.

Juan showed up promptly. He was super nice and really knew his stuff. He did his job and explained to me the process and answered every question I had (which was alot) Fantastic.

It was kind of a pain because we had to call them several times. We scheduled it for the following Friday after I made the purchase but I don’t remember when they exactly came out but it was close to that. There were no additional charges besides the $ 79 but they were initially trying to charge us more but we got that worked out. We had them come out the second time because the scorpion elimination takes two to three times, that is what they said. All the scorpions have been eliminated from our property. The thing that stood out to me was that the particular merchant was very particular at whether you are an existing customer or not. He specializes in getting permit for brand new customers despite if you have used them for four or five years in the past, you are considered an existing customer.

It was good. They came out within a week to do the service. They came back a couple of weeks later because we spotted some ants and insects after the treatment.

Initially it went well but then for our quarterly sprays the would not keep appointment ranges and would want to come at 10pm. They would also show up without an appointment. We are flexible but could not accommodate someone coming to the house late at night and we were labeled as difficult customers.

He put my mind at ease. I was so greatful to him for coming out and checking. He looked over everything thoroughly.

It was fine. They were on time. They were helpful.

What stood out to me the most when they come and do the service was it's easy for me and I don't have to do anything. They do what they were suppose to do.

They are responsible punctual and professional.
