came on time, some of services provided were not done like looking under sinks to seal any entry points. but overall ok they called and offered follow up treatments they mentioned their truck for scorpions does not seal overall satisfied

They did a good job and we are happy with the service. The treatment lasted about 3 weeks. Just be careful when they are finished. They asked me to sign the receipt and if I hadn't been paying attention I would have signed a contract for continued services. I asked him to mark it out and he had no problem fixing it and didn't try to pressure me for more. I will probably call them again for service, just don't like the idea of a contract.

I would have to let them know otherwise it would be the regular ones. They would just do the outside. The insect controller isn't perfect but then it's hard to do everything I should do here. Everything I request them, they do. They usually show up when I'm not here.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for pest control from Bulwark and from the moment I clicked submit on my purchase the responsiveness from Bulwark representatives was fantastic. I immediately received an Angie's List message from them seeking a phone number so they could contact me and schedule the appointment. The following day I received a call from their rep explaining everything that their technician would do when providing the service. They outlined every step and ensured I didn't have any further questions. As luck would have it, there was an opening on their schedule for the very next day. I work during the days, but they were able to accommodate my schedule and make the appointment for after 6pm. Robert, the tech arrived within the time frame scheduled and was very professional; talking me through every thing that he would do. He was also thoughtful enough to place slip covers over his work boots to ensure he wouldn't track dirt into the house. Robert did a great job with the interior spraying and then moved to the exterior. He completed the job in about an hour and before leaving provided me with a complete briefing on his findings. He also made sure to mention their 60-day guarantee. If any bugs came back within 60 days of the service they would come back and spray again for free. Based on this service I am now considering contracting Bulwark for a quarterly plan to do preventative spraying. I would definitely recommend.

I've been using a different pest control company for quarterly treatments for two years and at our last treatment, they noticed carpenter ants trailing along a window casing on the exterior of our home. They gave me an estimate of $285 for a carpenter ant treatment using Termidor. I called Bulwark (among other companies) to do a price comparison and spoke with Tristan. He was friendly and have me lots of information over the phone about how they typically treat carpenter ants, including the fact that their standard 2-month treatment included treatment for carpenter ants. Their minimum charge for just a singular visit was $180 and he said they could come out and use both their standard treatment inside and outside the house as well as Termidor around the area where the carpenter ants were found. This was $70-$170 cheaper than any of their competitors that I contacted. They arrived on time and completed the treatment as requested, with no complaints. I will definitely keep Bulwark in mind for future pest control needs.

The staff are fine. They send you a text message to let you know when they're coming. We've had a lot of rain here so ants have popped up. I can just call them and they'll come out and spray at no charge between their regular visits.

We just had a visit by Robert G, whom we have had before but this time we needed special attention with the stress of cockroaches and other insects, and an unwanted rat that has taken over an area of the attic and our vents around the master bedroom. Robert truly went above and beyond to help us put the right measures in place to solve the problem, and especially get rid of the urine/feces smell that has us sleeping in a guest bedroom for the time being. I hope Robert, Bulwark, and the rest of your customers realize how much you can diffuse a stressful environment in a household, that ultimately impacts the health and relationships of every family you touch. We had an issue with roaches in the house. One treatment was able to fix the roach problem.

Kyle was on time and took his boots off upon entry into my home. He sprayed chemicals (that are safe for pest) throughout the interior. He even sprayed inside all of the outlets on outside walls. After he sprayed the interior he sprayed the outside. Throughout, he was very professional. I tried to leave a positive comment on www.210pest.com but it appears to be a bad domain. Hopefully his boss sees this review.

They've been doing the service for me for about 2 years. They do a quarterly service for me. They will provide a more frequent service if needed. Their service providers, the guy that comes out, somehow their involved in their own operation and they get evaluated on their scores and how well they do. Everybody that I've had come out, it's not just like you meet the representative and the guys that show up are low wage people that don't really care. I've encountered that. These guys come out, they are very professional, very personable. They sincerely do a fantastic job. I've had 2 or 3 folks come out although I pretty much have a consistent one unless I change a date that I have. Everyone that I've had come out have been pretty much the same. They hand pick their people I think and their people, their presentation, everything about them. I'm a business man so I understand how important that is that I get quality service. They've got all of that going for them. Plus the product works, which is probably the number one thing. For price, I can get it cheaper but I don't think I would get the same quality.
