They were professional and all turned out great!

The technician damaged some of the duct work in the attic and never told me about it. They did pay for it but I had to find out the hard way. When I called they were professional. UPDATE: They corrected all damages to my satisfaction. I would use them again in the future.

They were very professional, and effective. Really seem to know what they are doing. After every service, I get a call a few days later to follow up and make sure that the bugs are dead. They are always willing to send someone out to spray the second I see a problem. I really like this company!!!

The gentleman was very nice and very knowledgeable. It's convenient that they have automatic payments online since we don't live in the area.

Steven was on time, knowledgeable, and understanding of our needs -- wood ants -- to be exact. He not only took care of the normal pest treatment but climbed the roof where the wood ants were trying to eat my house from the top down. He took care of all my problems. In addition, he generously gave advice on what to do next -- explaining our guarantee, as well as what to look for if the pests came back. He lastly coordinated with his office on questions we had. Providing all information necessary for us to feel comfortable with our problems.

These guys are phenomenal. Fantastic communication and customer service. We will use them for all future pest control needs.

They came to the house to give an estimate the day after I called. They were able to do the work right away and they did a great job! We were selling the house and they let us give the warranty to the new owners.

Well overall. They couldn't spray inside anymore due to new policy of not spraying if there are infants inside... not sure if this is good or bad since they repeatedly assured me how safe it was for our toddler when they did our initial spraying inside. Punctual and they follow up every quarter to spray outside. I think this is decently priced overall and don't feel i am getting ripped off.

The appraiser, Juan, was very professional, prompted, and thorough. He informed us that we did not have a termite problem but we did have a carpenter ant problem. He explained what we needed to do about the ants. (we are going to use Bulwark to take care of the ants) He also told us Angie's list would refund our deal payment, which it did promptly. We were not charged with an inspection fee from Bulwark Exterminating as well. We are very satisfied with the process and look forward to exterminating out ants.

I think it went well. Haven't seen any bugs since spraying. Technician was very professional, did the job quietly and finished quickly. Would recommend for someone else.

Serviceman rang doorbell, introduced himself and let us know he was here for the scheduled extermination. He was in uniform with company logo and was in a company truck. He explained what he was going to do and asked if we had any additional concerns. He asked about entry into back yard. We saw him at work in front and back yards. Once he was through, he rang our door bell and gave us our invoice. This preventive treatment every two months has helped tremendously with insect eradication.

Bulwark has great techs and customer service. They know what they are doing answering questions as I am new to San Antonio and the pests that inhabit the area.

It went pretty good. The cost I paid for was more than I thought it was going to be. The technician was good. I don't have something to compare the price to. It was hard to get a schedule and they were not on time.

the technician even asked if I had pets since my house has doggy doors because if so he advised me they would have to be retained in the house until the sprayed area was try. Great Job.

When I complained that we kept having to have Bulwark to come back and re-treat before the next scheduled appointment and that it was difficult to schedule them at a time that was convenient to ME (since I needed them to come inside). They made every effort to work with me and we got the problem resolved.

I got them on Angie's List and I was very happy with them. I really liked them. They were here about a week ago. They're very, very efficient and they're very good. They charge $81 a quarter. I liked their responsiveness and the fact that they use natural products as well as the fact that they'll come out if you call them two or three times after they've come out. They'll come right back out. They're an A+. The price was reasonable. It's right at par with the other services. They call before they come out.

I purchased a deal for scorpion treatment after I found a scorpion in my house. I was contacted to set up the service within a couple days. The first appointment they had available was within the next week. They arrived early and did a thorough job of spraying the inside and outside of my home. Both people I interacted with at the company were friendly and professional. I signed up for regular service with the option to cancel anytime.
