Robert Garcia at Bulwark has been our pest control technician for the past year and a half. What we most value is his knowledge and his willingness to work with us in controlling pests in the home while recommending alternative applications that preserve those plants and flowers that attract the bees and butterflies. At this time, we have cut back most plants and ground covers and Robert came to spray the foundation. During flowering seasons, he recommended switching to a granular application on the ground to deter ants and roaches while leaving the flowers safe for bees and butterflies. We attract a good number and variety of butterflies and we still have minimal concerns with roaches, though we do see them occasionally in the outside mulch areas. We have been ver satisfied with Robert's approach and his willingness to work with us.

I took advantage of the Angies List Special and got this 1 x treatment for 59.00$. Scheduling was done through Angies List and the provider contacted me to finalize and confirm. Tech came within the scheduled window, explained in detail what he would do, answered my questions ad went to work. We caught the rodent on day 3 and insects cotintinue to die along the parameters of the house. We received a follow-up call 10 days after the treatment. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Bulwark Exterminating has performed services to my location since November 2015. During the course of their visits, I have had several issues with their service. These issues have ranged from: 1. allegedly showing up to do service 2. unprofessional service people 3. being billed for the same item multiple times I always called and expressed my concerns and they were quick to refund the charge, allegedly. I kept getting billed for the same service over & over and I had to call over & over to get it removed. They kept stating "we provide five-star service, please give us a chance to show you". How many chances do I need to give Bulwark Exterminating to show the alleged five-star service? A company only has one time to impress and Bulwark Exterminating failed on each occasion. I terminate my contract and will never use them again.

Ruben came on time and examined the insects to make sure they were what we had described. He explained what chemicals he was using and where he would apply them. When he finished, he said we might see some additional activity, which is normal. We received a follow up call from the office about a week later and another follow up call in several weeks. Bulwark was very professional and we experienced excellent customer service.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. They tried to get me to sign a contract. I had purchased the one time package before and canceled it because I felt like it was a sales promotion. I was informed by somebody else that they were okay so I purchased it again and again the guy was trying to get me to sign a contract. I just wanted the individual service and did not want to sign a contract. I just bought the big deal, but they have called me several times since wanting to schedule my next service although I told somebody there a long time ago I don't want any more service. The service they did was good, but the pressure to continue their service is kind of irritating. They did come out. I am picky. It did basically what I wanted it to do. They did come out again because I had a wasp problem so they came out and sprayed again for that. When the guy came out he sprayed everything in my garage. As a matter of fact I had to throw some things out because they were saturated with bug spray. I also had to wipe other things down. The price was good. Their responsiveness was good. He came out the next day to do the re-spray. When the guy came out he was wanting me to sign a paper authorizing them to spray one time but also on the same paper they were wanting me to sign a service contract.

I highly recommend this service to anyone. The results of the treatment was immediate and four months later, I still have not seen any scorpions.

They were alright and I had to call them back once. I was supposed to have scorpion elimination and I ended up having scorpion a couple of weeks after they were here. I don’t know if it was a misunderstanding but he tried to sell me for another service. It seemed they did a good job.

My wife met the technician and was impressed with his ability to explain, in detail, without technical terms how the treatment would be done. She was blown away. Awesome is best way to sum up his visit.

I think they are national and we got our lines crossed, they thought I was in Austin. The guy called to say he was on his way to my house and was trying to find it. He couldn't find it because he was in Austin and we are in San Antonio. They made it right. They were able to get a technician here in San Antonio to me that same day.

Fidel called ahead and was very professional on the phone in letting me know what time he would arrive. He sat down with me and discussed the services and the cost. I asked him a lot of questions regarding scorpions and other insects and he readily answered them. He proceeded to let me know what he was going to treat and where. He was very helpful and informative. I plan on hiring Bulwark to routinely take care of my home. Overall, I was pleased with his professionalism and look forward to working with Bulwark in the future.

This was an Angies List special deal. The company sent me an e-mail to call them for an appointment. We spoke on Thursday and made arrangements for a visit the following Monday morning between 10 am and 12 pm. The technician arrived at 0935, promptly began servicing each room, both upstairs and down, then treated the outside patio and perimeter of my unit. He was done within 30 minutes. Results have been favorable.

Bulwark has been doing my service for six months now. Their technician is professional, friendly and courteous. I have an elderly parent and three dogs so the fact that they are able to keep my home bug free without spraying the interior of my house after the first visit has been wonderful. I did have a couple of issues with my original service, however, their customer service in resolving those issues was amazing. They went above and beyond to rectify the issue and followed up to make sure I was happy. I would recommend them for anyone needing exterminating. Doing the inside and outside once and then following up regularly only outside the house is working and is better than other exterminators who come into the house and spray with each visit.

It was fine. They called us back right away. They were very helpful and they scheduled an appointment. There was a communication issue with the first schedule but they apologized. They rescheduled and they came out. They sprayed. We actually had them come back again. They did come back and it was free of charge. That was great. We haven't decided whether we're going to continue the service but they did fine for their service. They fulfilled what we asked them to do and they did come back free of charge.

They didn’t spray on the insects, which I was surprised about, they sprayed on the outside and said it makes a three-foot barrier so that nothing gets in, everything dies.

I think they are okay. They came out when they said they were and we don’t have a whole lot of bugs, so that’s a good thing.
