thorough job both inside and outside

Purchased an Annual Pest Control Package through Angie's List, which includes "Spider web and wasp nest removal--all areas reachable by removal pole". This, along with the quarterly services for a whole year and the overall great ratings on Angie's List, are what sold us on making this expensive purchase for our home. Initially, the people I spoke to on the phone to set up the appointment were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. The gentleman who set up the actual appointment asked my reasons for choosing their service, which included the presence of numerous mud wasp nests at our recently purchased home. He assured me their service would remove these, as stated in the description, and he patiently answered my questions about the safety of their treatments regarding pets (a dog and cats). We set up an appointment. My boyfriend was home at the time the service person came, within the scheduled service window, as I had to be at work. The person sprayed inside and outside in less than 30 minutes and left. As it turns out, not a single wasp nest was removed. Moreover, the person left our backyard gate wide open - when it had been closed when he arrived - and did not convey this to us nor ask whether it was ok that it was left open. Fortunately my boyfriend noticed the gate was open before letting the dog out, otherwise it could have easily gotten out and been hit by a car. I called Bulwark the next day, because I was too angry and upset to call them the day of the service appointment (yesterday) and remain civil. I requested they send out another person to remove the wasp nests as promised, but the guy I spoke to was completely apathetic and said he couldn't schedule a time at that moment, but that he would call me back in a few minutes to reschedule so I wouldn't have to wait on the line. When I tried to express how upset I was about the service person leaving the gate open, and how it was something that they should communicate to ALL their service people to not do (or at least to talk with the homeowner about whether a gate can be left open), he said he would make a note on our account that the gate should be kept closed. When I tried again to explain to him that I was conveying a greater concern about all of their customers who might have fenced in yards with dogs, and how they should make sure all service people communicate with the homeowners, he only restated that he would make a note on my account. It has been over 40 minutes since I called, and still have not received a call back for scheduling an appointment to do what should have been completed in the first appointment. I am extremely disappointed and disheartened by how this company totally changes face after services are considered rendered.

Mike was on time, spread the areas that I suggested plus the exterior. He did an excellent job.

Very quick, professional, and effect!

Bulwark spray pesticide inside and outside the house and set mouse trap in the attic. Fine, follow up with checking the in/out mouse trap. Bulwark came by without a appointment twice on different day and just happen to be driving in when Bulwark was waiting in front of my home. I allow Bulwark to check the traps and they spray on the outside only and gave me a bill. I continue to have the same rodent problem that I initially had so I decide to check for myself in the attic, roof and found out that the rodent were squirrels so I secure the entry. Problem solved.

I called Bulwark and they came right out. They service regularly and the bug problem is gone!

I called the second I paid over angie's list and then called. I immediately got a lady who got me to Chris that was more than exceptionally helpful in set up of my appointment. The options for days were close to the date I called. I was given the name of the person who was coming. That person showed up at the very start of the window I was given. The Termination gentleman was kind, polite, informative, educated in the products. Gave me helpful information that I needed and did not have to beg for like with other companies. He was prompt. Granted I won't be able to see the full effects of the extermination yet. So far, very happy. Second visit from this company. If it is as effective as the last time I will never go to another terminator again.

They do a great job. They are the only company I have used that have been able to significantly reduce scorpions in our home. Technicians email prior to visit and are on time consistently.

We had tenants move out of our rental property and they did not treat it well. The left many little friends behind, "German coach-roaches!". We paid for the service. The company came out for the initial visit that we paid for and stated they could do additional treatments anytime we requested in between the bimonthly treatments. They came out about 5 or 6 times within the month with no decrease in the problem. They informed out new tenants that they problem would not be resolved for about 6-8 months. Our tenants then got into an altercation of some sort with one of the exterminators who was attending to the property so we called the company to insure that he would not be returning and we were assured that he would not. Well he did return and the tenants refused to let him in which left the home further exposed to the roaches. We have since chosen a new company and after only 1 treatment there has been a notable difference. Unfortunately, we would not go with this company again.

They took the time to inform me about the product and what to expect.

Great. They were very professional and provided good information. It was a bit steep but will consider calling them for other repairs.

It worked out very well. There was no additional charge. Everything was good. We've already signed them up, it's ongoing. The service was very good.

It went great. The technician, Renato, was prompt, courteous, professional, and very thorough.

The ants are died in all rooms but some remain in the kitchen. A bulwark technician is stopping by to treat the kitchen area again at no extra charge. Mice/rats are still in the attic but will take some time as we are using the glue traps. We have found less evidence of them in the kitchen and converted garage. All in all well worth the money spent and would hire them again. The technicians are caring, punctual and follow up regarding pests. The best part is they will come back out at no charge if the pest are still active.

It went well. They came as scheduled. They were on time. They were good. I've used them in the past. I still find some remnants of insects and stuff. They were professional.

All bit the dust over about 1 week after treatment

Very impressed with this company. They were punctual, professional and reasonably priced. I would recommend them without reservation.

I bought a "Deal" for one time treatment and all went well, though I noted he wasn't as thorough as my former serviceman had been. After he'd finished, he explained he was signing me up for regular monthly service at that same price as the house would need a lot of treatment to get it back to the level it needed to be to keep bugs out. I didn't want to sign a contract yet, but discussed other arrangements and agreed to re-treatment in 2 months for 2 more times. One month later, I got an email stating that their technician would be at my house the next day for the "contracted" treatment, I wouldn't need to be home, as all spraying would be done outside and I'd be billed electronically. Luckily, I checked my email before the end of the business day, so called and told them 'no such contract, it was supposed to be 2 months and if I wasn't home the fence would be locked so he couldn't treat half the property. I expected inside as well as outside treatment and they could call to ASK what times were convenient'. They called and the next month was scheduled. The same email announcing next-day treatment arrived one month after that treatment...I don't like being ignored, and my plans cannot be subject to their schedules and preferences. They were nice in person and over the phone, though the second time the gentleman got a little imperious about not being able to control the conditions if they couldn't do it their way (he just walked around the perimeter of the house with an aerosol can). So I said "No, thank you". It seemed to be inadequate, ineffective service for a little more than I'd been paying for quarterly service that worked.

Technician always notified me when he was expected to arrive. He was courteous and efficient at each visit. Great service.

I have to fog the house now and will not be using them ever again. Plus please not call me no more.

Had them come out for wasp and they were told absolutly not to go inside. The first visit was uneventful but still had wasp. The second visit they were told absolutely do not come inside. I was not home but my aunt was and they came inside. About 6 weeks later we had roaches for the first time. They came back 2 more times to treat for wasp and now roaches. So long story short 5 visits and still had wasp and I bug bombed my house myself. 8 cans of raid or black flag can't remember the roaches are gone. 1 year or so later and many phone calls Bulwuck is still calling me after I have told them a dozen times to stop calling me. I don't owe them money and am so pisted at them they will not get the hint. I rarely post negative reviews but these people will not stop. I no longer answer my home phone because of these people and now have blocked them from my cellphone. If they continue to call I will be contacting the state attorney general office and the bbc. I hope they get the point leave me alone.

It went great, service was courteous and professional. No bugs since initial spray, We have them scheduled to come out every other month and their prices are very reasonable and affordable.

They've been really good. Their good and they don't use harmful chemicals. They spray all outside they don't do any inside spraying.
