Bulwark Exterminating San Antonio

I first used Bulwark for a rental when they had a coupon. I was impressed with the job and thoroughness and that they concentrated on the outside instead of the inside. They treated the inside one time by putting bait in the walls through the outlets so pets and children weren't exposed every time. Around April and October, I would start seeing a few roaches in the garage and they would come back and treat outside. I especially appreciated that they didn't require a quarterly contract because I didn't need one. (I left a glowing review on Angie's list) I used them several other times in the spring and the fall for both our residence and the rental. Then they apparently changed their policy to require a fixed contract. Twice a year was fine with me, but apparently not for them. So, I haven't hired and won't be hiring them again. (I wouldn't have left a bad review but Angie's List kept bugging me to finish my review. )

They arrived on time and finished an excellent job on time and on budget.

What great customer service. I chose this company on based reviews and I am so glad I did. Kenneth Williams, our tech, is not only courteous, but knowledgeable and professional. He came and did our initial spray when we first moved in a couple weeks back. There have been very few Unwanted guests trying to take up residence since that day, except a scorpion. He came back out today and resprayed the exterior and gave us more “sticky traps” since the spray treatment will sometimes draw pests out. His company is legit. I am so pleased with their service.

The service was outstanding, the people were very friendly and professional. They even called back to make sure everything went ok. When I told them the rain must have drug up more bugs and insects they came out right away and I mean within 24hrs! Awesome people, highly recommend.

Very well. Fidel has done our house pest control for 11 years and has always been great. He and Bulwark have excellent customer service and the treatment is always effective.

Bulwark is now doing mosquito control. I had them come out and service my yard for mosquitos and I am very satisfied. The rep was very punctual, courteous and professional. I highly recommend their services.

Fast, easy. I had to leave for couple hours because of chemicals used for fleas. I had planned to leave when hey finished anyway.

They did fine, they did great. The service was great. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were timely and just very good. I did have to reschedule. This was a big deal purchase. The big deal was very cheap, it was like $65 or $75 -- I can't tell you exactly, but it was very good. It was a very good price for a full house treatment.

They came out twice and did it twice. The first visit was the $69. I am going to stop using them. My kids are telling me they keep finding bugs. He listened and I tell them my concerns. I shouldn’t still have bugs inside my house. They used to be very good. They are very professional and they are very good communicators.

It went great! The gentleman was very nice and informative. This was a "Special Priced" service. Offered me service for every other month at same price. No pressure, no hassles. One treatment killed all bugs and roaches. If I need another treatment (or several before next treatment), it is free! Am going to keep these guys, for sure!

The technician that showed up was actually early. When he rang the doorbell, he was so polite that I first thought he was a door to door salesman. He explained everything, was very professional and respectful. Very impressed with this company

They were punctual and reminded us of the service a few days before they came out.

I was with them for about 10 years. Service was great. Inside my house was pest free. They would call or text a few days before they came out. Then service became irregular. I had to keep calling them to come out. One time I didn't call them and three almost four months passed. Called again. This time I spoke with manager. He assured me I would be taken care of, even said he would cover next service for free to keep me. We scheduled an appointment and no one ever showed up. I gave them one more chance and called again as no one showed up. I dropped their service.

They were awesome. They sprayed the inside of the house and the outside of the house. Removed cobwebs from the outside of the house. They removed ants that I was having a problem with. They were carpenter ants. They were here for well over an hour. They are going to come every two months which is what they suggested. They were referred by a neighbor. The next time they come out they will removing wasp nest and more cobwebs. They are actually coming back because I actually saw a spider and a scorpion in the house at no extra charge. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. We were using another exterminator. We have been living in Texas for about 12 years and they went with the same price and went above what the other company had been doing. They were out here the next day after I had called them. When I called them back yesterday, they were terrific.

They had to come out several times and I still had roaches. They were minimized but never completely gone.
