A tech had to come back out the next day after my service was done. Bulwark sent Deacon! I cannot say enough about this man that does him justice!! It was such a pleasure meeting him! My home has been appropriately pest free since they began treatments for my home. Their technicians are always so courteous and go the extra mile. Ian treated my home today, treated and knocked down a wasp nest from the eaves, and even brought a package in from the front porch to the secured back porch. They represented extremely nice and professional. There products were for the ants. I gave them a four star because it took a little while for the product to effect on the ants. But for the bugs it effected immediately. They provided me good service. The other down side is instead of the quarterly service, they sprayed on every other month

Fidel Osorio cares about his customers. He always calls when he's on the way to our house. He's very professional and works efficiently. Fidel has a high level of expertise and always addresses any concerns we might have. And, we never have to check our back gate when he leaves, as he always locks it so our dog can't get out of the yard. Fidel is a five-star employee! We have used him for over 5 years exclusively. BAD. I had to leave this company. Advised the company that I was having pest issues. They came out numerous times, but my issues were never fixed. So, I left them and went to another company. Issue was fixed in two weeks. Love my new company.

It took them several times to get the Carpenter ants under control. It wasn't til the 3rd time that the technician recognized that they were Carpenter ants.

Terrible. After waiting 3 hours for my first appointment with Bulwark, the technician did not show up. I called the office and was told my address was wrong in the system and the technician wrote in his note about coming to a 'dirt road' and must be a wrong address. The technician never called me to inquire, which the office clerk verified my number was at least correct. The office worker never called me back either, not that day, not the next business day, or the day after that. I emailed the New Customer Sales Manager who I conversed with initially, no response. I text the New Customer Sales Manager, no response. I called Bulwark and I think I got the same young woman who had fair but suboptimal attitude. She cut me off as soon as she offered to transfer me to a supervisor. I talked to a supervisor, he apologized. However, there was no coming back from lack of professionalism and work ethic on the technicians's part or the customer service staff. I gave the supervisor constructive feedback, let them know why I would not try their service again. The decision point was not that the technician didn't show or the incompetent service staff, it was I didn't even get a call after the no-show appointment (not that the first two aren't reason enough alone). I ended up going with another company, which they showed up today, on time, and I even got a call from the technician 30 minutes to let me know they were on their way.

I called the company to claim a deal they advertised on Angie's List for indoor/outdoor extermination for roaches and other insects for $86.00. A representative called me to set up appointment and told me that the deal did not include "German roach" removal. I told him that Angie's list deal did not state the type of roaches that were not included in the promotion and simply stated "roaches" as part of deal. I said that this was misleading. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that a manager would call back first thing in the morning. I did not get a call until late afternoon the next day. Manager did not offer to honor the deal that was advertised on Angie's list with regard to including German roaches as part of the extermination. She stated that it was an error on Angie's List part. Still she should have honored this deal since her company had not attempted to correct this error.

Very well. The exterminators are good people. I believe they are paid poorly for what they do, but do a really good job. The customer service is great too. Best thing is they use organic formulas for bugs and it REALLY WORKS! As well, if you see any bugs, you can call them back and they will respray at no extra cost.

Gentleman by the name of Kyle came to my house for inside and outside pest control treatment. I explained the problem I was having. Kyle then proceeded to explain why I was having my ant problem. He informed me of what he was going to do, what to expect after the treatment and the bimonthly process for controlling these pest. Kyle was very courteous to myself and my family and professional as he went about his work. I thank Bulwark for hiring and training such caliber of people.

Initial treatment was great. The follow-ups have been hit-or-miss. We've had our second follow-up and I'm seeing live pests inside. Touch-ups between 60-day treatments or free, and I've had two this month for different kinds of pests. This makes me wonder if the 60-day treatments are really that effective. They have been sending a different guy than the person who did our initial treatment, so it may be this individual's approach that's less effective. Not sure, but considering switching.
