Description of Work: I had them treat the interior and exterior of my home for insects. They arrived on time, however I had some difficulty coordinating with their scheduler to set up my appointment. I ended up waiting more than two weeks for service. Other than that, they seem like a good company and their service seems good.

Description of Work: Initial service. Went great and the guys were punctual and professional. They want you to sign for continued bimonthly contract and kind of push it with continued calls. But you can change it to quarterly or whatever you like(nothing at all).

Description of Work: I called three different times after this Big Deal purchase to schedule and each time was told I would get a call back; this was after they asked me for all the "pertinent" info such as name, address, phone #, etc. But when I called the second & third time (because I still was not contacted) I had to provide the pertinent info all over again. So, it's no wonder I've not been contacted since my customer information disappears after the call is done! This kind of service is not worth any price!

Description of Work: I've uses them in the past with no problem so when their customer service offered a deal for the summer months I agreed to the service. However after the 2nd treatment they did not give me the special price that was agreed upon. I called numerous times as I wanted to get the bill taken care of. No one would help and said that the person who offered me the deal would have to call back. She wouldnt return any of my calls. In the meanwhile I'm getting bills requesting payment. I called one last time to explain my son is having a waterslide for his birthday and I would like the deck sprayed before we have people out there. No one cared to assist me still. So I just gave up. Then a week later they send someone out to continue the treatments I had signed up for. I told him to go away and not come back. He apologized and said that's not normally how they handle customer service. Over a week later a mgr named Orie called to see what was going on since I rejected service. I told him everything and said I would pay my bill but don't want to deal with them anymore. He said my bill was adjusted a week ago and seemed confused that I was upset. Well hello no one bothered to tell me my bill was adjusted. He kept me on the phone for 30 min apologizing and saying that this is not their usual customer service. He offered my next service free and set it up for a week away. Well today was my appt. I received a call yesterday confirming the time. I received a text yesterday confirming my appt was between 11-1pm. Well 1 passed and at 3:15 I receive a call with no apology or explanation saying he has one more house and will be here then. No thank you. No manners or common courtesy for others. Don't waste your time with this company.
