Description of Work: This is a followup to my 9/23/2016 review with a C rating. I have been recently contacted by Bulwark with an offer for "free service, for a period of time, and a $50.00 gift card" to come back. I explained that I have already hired another company and I'm satisfied with them so I declined their offer. I was asked to update my previous review to reflect that Bulwark (could not find a way to add to the original review) had reached out with an offer. Bottom line is I will not do business with them and I prefer they NOT call me any more. Thank you!

Description of Work: Everything went well and we had no problems. We did see a couple of scorpions after the initial spray, and Bulwark was quick to return to take care of the problem. I would highly recommend them! We will definitely be using their services for regular pest control in the future!

Description of Work: In May 2015, we bought a service thru Angie's list for $69, they came in without notifying us and finished the treatment in about 10 minutes. Bugs came soon. We complained and asked a retreatment. They got mad at us and came back for a five minutes retreatment. Not a professional service at all. We complained again. They offered us a $50 credit for future use. In 2016, we called them for a treatment with the credit, and they ask for $200 for one treatment, or $150 after the credit. Talked to manager, the best option they offer is $120 on top of credit. I gave up. Will never use this again.
