They have been great. They had a different service and I couldn’t keep scorpions out of my house and they just happened to be trying to get business in my subdivision, and they stopped by and we signed them up. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They spray all around the outside to the perimeter and they come inside if necessary. They use organic chemicals so the animal’s plans are not caused any harm. They do a very good job.

They use natural methods, and they are good with follow up. If you have a problem they come out with no hassles. They're great.

I felt coerced into using them. They went door-to-door saying they were going to do our neighborhood. I was pressed upon the thought they were doing the neighborhood and I had to protect myself. The guy had a good price. When they came back, the price was more. They promised their products were hypoallergenic, but it was not true.

They were at my daughter’s house about a week ago. We have been on a plan with them. We pay so much and they come out every other month. They spray in the yard, do the perimeter of the house and inside. They are good because if you see something inside and you are on the plan and it’s not time for your treatment. They will come out and take care of it. I would rate them highly and I would use them again in the future.

They did a very thorough job in their first service. They filled in the holes and bricks. They knocked down all the wasp's nests that were by my roof. I have been happy with them so far.

We highly recommend them. We really like their technicians. They are very nice, very courteous, and very good. They work with our dogs. We don’t want them to come in when we are not there, and they won’t. They will wait until we get there. We just schedule with them, and they really work with us. They are one of the cheapest, but not the cheapest. They are least expensive. If we pay for a year of service, they give us a discount of 5%. It makes it even cheaper than anything that is out there at the moment. We were having problems with scorpions. If we have ants in the house, they actually make an extra trip and not charge for it. They come in and take care of the problem. We have only had that about 2 times, but for the initial service when they first come out they put stuff behind every single electrical plate, and make sure everything is done well and then they spray. We have got dogs, and our dogs never got sick. They really took the time to do everything correct at that first initial visit and then they just maintain it. It is done very very well. We have never seen anything else in this house since then except for those ants. They came in and treated just that area and they were gone.

We have them on a contract. We have been using them for many years and they have always been here when we've needed them. We are really low on insects coming inside the house. They don't spray the inside of the house; they do it all on the outside and it has been working really great. Sometimes they cannot come immediately. We will definitely continue to use them.

They have offices all over Texas. I spend around $30 a month. They are on call for us anytime we need them and they are amazing. We have never had a problem with bugs and when we have had a problem, they have been out within 24 hours to take care of it. My daughter found a scorpion and they were out in 30 minutes. They are impeccably good. WE have the same service person every time and we have gotten to know him quite well. We have been using them for 5 years now.

BULWARK EXTERMINATING They are fine, no complaints. We really like that they will always treat an issue promptly, if you have one If we got a bug, they will come right out. Always prompt and professional.

I have been a customer of Bulwark Exterminating for over two years and I'm very satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism their employees bring to my house. I pay for their service for a full year and have not even looked into canvassing other exterminators for their treatment price. The decorum and pride their employees show is evident in the way they present themselves everytime I'm scheduled for a treatment. I have on occasions called them to service the inside of my house for insects I've seen. Their technicians promptly arrive on the scheduled date/time and complete the treatment with no problems. They are also receptive to customer's feedback for ways to improve their service. But it's the small things their employees do that in my opinion sets them apart. One day, a Bulwark employee was servicing the outside of my house and discovered my birdhouse hanging from a post had fallen off its hook. I was aware of this but did not take the time to put it back because of other pressing priorities. After the treatment was completed and the technician had left, I decided to put the fallen birdhouse back on its hook only to discover the Bulwark employee had already done so for me. It's the small things like this that separates the great companies from the good companies and Bulwark has shown me that they are a GREAT company when it comes to pest extermination and customer service.

I have been using Bulwark for a couple of years now and it is time for a write up. The short story is that their processes and applications simply work great. I have a bi-monthly perimeter spraying and can call them out for any activity that I notice around the house. I had a small problem with sugar ants and with one call I have never seen them again. The agent carefully and diligently applied chemicals to any area of activity. They are also very caution and aware of chemicals on pets and do their best to keep my dog safe. I highly recommend them.

I don't live in Universal City, but they are the closest and they service my area. They tried to put me on a 3-month schedule, but sometimes when they call to say that they are going to come out, I tell them to wait a week and I will call them when I am ready. I use them 3 or 4 times a year. I am a little overdue now. Anything that kills scorpions keeps all the other pests at bay or kills them. Bulwark doesn't come inside. I have never had them inside and I have never needed them inside the house. We don't have spiders, roaches, or scorpions. I haven't even considered replacing them with any other company. I am pleased with them. I can't really comment because I haven't compared prices. I don't know what anybody else charges. I will probably use them next week.

I think they are great. I don't have anybody to compare them with. I don't really like them to spray in the house because I have got cats. I used to have little Maltese dogs. I don't really like the chemical in the house unless I start to see bugs in the house and then I have them come and spray. They will do anything I ask them to do. They will treat the attic if I ask them to. If I see something and I call them, they will come out and re-treat. They are very service oriented. They are really good when it comes to things like that. They are very punctual. They are here when they say they are going to be here. I don't know pricewise if they are any more or any less or if they would be the same now as when I signed up. I think it's a Houston based company, but the one I used is out of Schertz. Their price has probably gone up. I started out with $59.00. I am on a service plan with them. I pay them each time they come out. They are reliable and dependable. They work around. They call me ahead of time before they come out to say I am due for the service. They tell me that they have me on a schedule for a particular day and if I have a problem to call them and let them know so that they can reschedule. They are very courteous. They have the combinations to my gate. They are always good about locking them up again. They never leave them unlocked. It is almost pretty much the same guy that comes out so he knows what to do. I don't get somebody different all the time. They are always dressed in a uniform. They are always courteous and respectful when they come into the house. They ask me if there is anything special I want them to do like any particular places they need to take care of. They always tell me before they leave if I am home that if anything comes up between then and the next treatment not to hesitate to call them and they will come out and treat the problem. They are really on top of things. I don't have a comparison on the price. Apparently it is a good price. I don't know what other companies are charging for what I am getting.

high pressureed into signing a one year contract for bi monthly service which I could cancel any time. (and which I did after the first service.) Their man was polite and on time but was timid and spent much of his time telling why he couldnt get to the part of the attic where the ant nest was. Only partial success in ridding the problem insects.

They sprayed outside and inside the house for insects. They put a granular substance which would be dispersed by the rain as it was raining. The crew were very clean. They wore white shirts and dark colored pants where they wore booties over their shoes while working. They were very polite and they answered all my questions. They come back again if I see any pests in my house. I almost never see the same person again. They did not laugh at me. They were very professional and they cared for my pets. They also checked whether any bushes have to be trimmed or cut. They were very nice and helpful.

They are to come every two months but if there is a problem they will come out and they will take care of it. They explain the reactions to the chemicals and they give you a list of the chemical they used and what they are used for.

Company has good customer service in terms of scheduling appointments and courteous personnel, but I'm not impressed with the quality of their product. I still see spiders and small ants in the house and despite two subsequent treatments (at no cost to me), I've not seen any improvement in the situation. I will not renew the contract as I've seen no difference with treatments.

We have had an ongoing battle with bugs in this house for years. Bulwark has kept that battle winnable at least. The technician arrives at approximately the same time every month. If he cannot make it, or if he will be late, which is very rare, we receive a call to notify us. The applications made seem to be working, because we rarely see any insects anymore.

The treatments we needed for a brand new house was the minimal job they offered. This was done extremely well, and quickly. The technician arrived on time and was reasonably well behaved. The part we did not like was that he was trying to sell us an annual contract, with monthly visits. We don't need that yet, but he persisted. We realized he was only following instructions, but that showed a lack of understanding on their part. The job was done well, however, and they will be asked back in the future.

Bulwark Exterminating showed up to my house when they said that they were going to. They also advertise an offer that they spray environmentally friendly alternative formula to spray inside your home. Whatever they spray, really works great. I have never had any problems with them as we have used them for the last two years. They charge quarterly.
