The customer service was great. I am having construction done on my home and Michael came out right away to treat wasps and ants so painters could continue their work. To my surprise Michael is bilingual which was such a plus to communicate with the painters. Michael is efficient and the treatment is working. Michael seems very experienced and knowledgeable. Fantastic Job!!

My serviceman, Thomas Davis, arrived promptly and was very professional and friendly! He was great at answering my many questions and concerns. He clearly explained the products being used and reassured me of their safety. He was great!

Michael Cantu did an excellent job when he came to do a pest control job. We voiced our concerns with whatever pests we had been noticing in our yard and he treated for all of it very efficiently and he was very professional. He has been our pest control guy for years and we have never had a complaint.

The Bulwark technician was fantastic! Contacted me 20 minutes before he arrived and called again when they arrived. Asked about any special needs or problems, developed a plan for those needs and carefully explained them to me. Rene was fantastic!

We have been using Bulwark Exterminating for years. First had them in Helotes, then we moved to the other side of the city. They are always prompt. The technicians are responsive to our concerns through each season. They take down wasp nests and resupply any traps you have set. They will spray the interior at your request and will not hesitate to come between services if there is an influx of activity! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Christopher Navarro was very informative on the products that were used in our home due to us having several animals and even made suggestions on what we should change. We added the mosquito treatment. Great Service!

Pest control was done quick and efficiently. He completed the areas requested. He looked at previous notes to double check on pest control needed.

Everytime they give me a bill I pay. If you are thinking of hiring them, make sure you ask them what is covered and what is not. Just beware of this service because they just want regular billing and don't make it clear. what is covered and what is not.

Azreal FloresIs always on time, checkes in and then does exactly what needs to be done. I thimk he is excellent . Give him a raise and tip him the $15.00.

Mike is a great technician to work with. You tell him what needs to be done and he will do it and makes sure he covers everything to make sure those pest don't come in the house or garage specially when we have kids and pets.

I normally don't write reviews but i was "WOWed" by the services rendered by Rene Garcia . Ive had Bulwark services for about a year now with no real complaints But Rene was instantly disarming, He was prompt, very personable and extremely thorough. He explained everything so that i could understand in laymans terms . He has one of those personalities that are a rare find . He has the ability to talk to anyone and set them at ease . Best exterminator I’ve ever had!! I’ve had every company in a few years ago with bed bugs. Chris is very knowledgeable and does a thorough job.

I have been with Bulwark for many years, and even though the techs sometimes change, I'm happy with their service. If, and when, I have a specific bug problem, I call them and they always address it by a service call or I let them know during their regular service. My current tech, Kyle, met with me at a regular service call and discussed any problems and how he plans to target them. He put out the pesticides and refreshed the baits, then left me with a notice of what products were used and how to be cautious of them. I use them on a bi-monthly service as my property is forested and over an acre.
