Will's Plumbing & Testing Service

The two men did a very fine job, were very professional and performed exactly what was asked of them. The owner never called me back as he had promised. I gave him a week to make the call and he didn't after I called twice and his office manager said she would remind him. I would never call this company again. Not prompt on committed service times. Twice! A charge that is ridiculous. 2 men 2 hours = 4 hours divided into $700 equal s $175 per hour.....take into account overhead and it's still ludicrous. But the main reason I would never call this company is there owner cannot be trusted. When you commit to a customer you probably should follow up. He didn't and I won't give him the other business I have which is by far a much more complex task.

It went well. On one of the toilets the technician found the plastic nut on the floor bolts had come loose. He repaired this and also replaced the cutoff valves on both toilets with quarter turn valves that are much easier to close. The other technician replaced the wax seal on the other toilet. All appeared good until several weeks later we noticed the second toilet had a leak and it was worse. I found the tank was leaking. The same technician came out again and repaired the toilet. There was no charge for the second visit as we agreed this was likely the problem all along.

All things considered they did a good job on the repair. I felt the price was somewhat high....but it needed to be done. I would have liked them to have showed up on time or at least given us a courtesy call regarding the first set time for appointment.

The initial service was done to our satisfaction and we also wanted the hydro jet service to help with the buildup so we are not having to call a plumber out so often. We are also looking to use this service on a scheduled maintenance basis. We are looking for dependable service that Will's Plumbing has given. Thank you!

Fast service, polite and we have water again

Arrived promptly for the estimate; arrived timely for the service call. Kept informed as to each stage of the removal & placement. Removed all old equipment; cleaned area & allowed for inspection.

Mark was on time, polite, knowledgeable, well equipped, and explained everything clearly. Site was cleaned and looks good. Valve replacement cost was very reasonable but the pressure adjustment seemed too pricey.

Will's had done work for us before with mixed results. We were seriously overcharged for a toilet replacement and dishwasher installation. The dishwasher installation was botched when the plumber installed the dishwasher toe plate upside down and affixed it to the unit with only one screw. He made no mention of the fact that the toe plate did not properly align. The plumber then asked us to fill out an Angie's list rating sheet before he left while he wrote up the bill. This is an obvious ploy to stack the deck with positive reviews and is extremely dishonest. If you didn't like Will's service your review will never see the light of day. Will's will never work for us again. They showed a blatant disregard for our time by leaving us hanging all day without contact. Someone needs to be fired for not advising of the lengthy delay. It also indicates a complete lack of professionalism. Do not trust the stellar reviews you read about this company and do not give them your business.

Rearranged schedule to provide an earlier service time. This was good.

Ernest was very good from start to finish. On time, fixed the issue and has competitively priced.

James Bridges and his helper walked through the house and inspected each item that needed to be replaced. They were very courteous and clean. All issues were completed and tested!!!!

James came to my house on New Year's Day and quickly found that I had a leak and gave the quote to fix. He returned the next morning and made the repairs, keeping me informed of progress along the way. Very professional and highly recommended.

I called them after 5.00pm and they came in about 15hours. They understood the problem right away and provided an estimate before starting the work.

Richard came out in the evening to evaluate water heater. He came back the next day & installed new heater. We appreciate the fast service.

I do plan to use their service again and recommend Will's Plumbing to my friends.
