When looking for a plumber the first quote I got was $170 for the first hour. I called Will's, hoping to work with a family business and they said they charged $39.95 to come out, and that that amount would be credited toward any work done. They came to our house, spent literally 27 minutes (we have the email receipt to confirm) and charged us $240.00!!! It may have been a factor that I gave them a credit card # in advance because my husband's card was not working. I have called twice and asked politely for an explanation as to why their labor charge is apparently $480.00 per hour. Of course no one has called back. And also....we never saw the $39.95. Terrible experience

Marc arrived on time and did a good job. He explained everything and showed me the camera footage of the pipe showing that the drain was good to go.

Seemingly very well. Though they are unable to guarantee this temporary fix as they could for complete pipe replacement, it's clear for now and should last between 1-3 years. Very nice young men! Very professional and courteous!

A pool of water was standing in our yard, close to the house. We were very concerned because we recently had foundation repair work done and were warned that plumbing problems sometimes occur as the house settles. This is the second plumbing incident since the foundation work was done. Matthew was very prompt in responding to our call and he and his apprentice set to work immediately digging to determine the source of the leak. They discovered that a previous repair to a break in the main line had used a replacement part that is not meant to be used below ground. The foundation repair crew had reported to me that they had broken a pipe, but that it had been repaired. I am suspecting that this was the event that caused the current problem. Anyway, Matthew replaced the inappropriate part (female sharkbite adapter) with a quality part that is flexible, responsive to temperature fluxuations, and is certified to be used underground (up to code). The work was completed quickly and the charge seemed reasonable, especially given the 10% Angie's List discount. I would describe Matthew and his apprentice as very competent, efficient, and professional. They will be my "go-to" for any future plumbing needs.

We had two old tank water heaters replaced with tank-less ones, plus a new pressure-reducing valve, an couldn't be happier. Marc and his assistant, Joseph, were friendly, professional, and efficient. The city inspector said their work was excellent. We received a call from the office before the workers arrived which is always nice. They left the work areas very clean, and Marc explained the routine maintenance. It was a super job!

Went well. Richard explained my options and made his recommendations, gave me estimates. Very informative, patient, professional approach, courteous.

Late review - too busy caring for terminally ill loved one to respond sooner. Toilet replaced oK. Problem was unblocking the drain. Tech came out on emergency call early am; stopped water leak. He returned to unblock the drain (broke & fixed pea trap in the process). He took awhile to figure out where the main drain line was located & said leak was partly caused by my old toilet. I asked for another tech to return who told me that another cause was my new M-bath toilet's bowl configuration & also that I couldn't have my lines "blown out" as I didn't have a clean out on the one side of my house (just on the other side). He kept insisting that I needed to have the chase accessed to have the plumbing redone in order to fix the problem. I then called a competitor and to my amazement, he followed the plumbing line w/a larger device than that which was used by Will's Plumbing & it showed that the pipes went out to the side of the house with the clean out & was not only able to "blow out" the lines BUT first had to repair the part of the sewer line from the house to the 1st of two clean-outs that had collapsed which was NOT repaired at the time that Will's Plumbing replaced 50 ft. of sewer line several years ago. The cost of redoing the plumbing would've run between $10,000 and $15,000 but the repair by the competitor only cost me a little more than $2,500.

Sam the dispatcher was very nice and called me ahead of time to let me know they were running a little behind. She kept me up to date and informed me when the plumber was on his way. Marc was my plumber and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked my through everything and took the time to make sure I understood all my options and what he would do in my shoes.

Josh arrived early and was very professional. He kept me updated with his progress and completed the job in a timely manner. I would use them again.

Water heater stopped working. Was returning home late on a Sunday. Called Will's, they sent Josh out quickly. He walked me through the problem. The water heater was past its life expectancy so instead of repairing we decided to replace with a tankless system. Josh provided their options. They were able to install the new water heater within 2 days. The cost was a little high because they had to run new gas lines and the old water heater had been leaking while we were gone. Was very happy to have Josh complete the work. Very professional.

Will's scheduled quickly and the team was early to replace our leaky outside faucets. They completed 3 replacements in 40 minutes. Fourth time using them and will continue to if needed.

Technician was excellent. He provided very helpful information regarding the maintenance of the unit. In addition he provided quotes for future planned services and what each one would entail. The business sent me emails and called to inform me when the technician would be arriving.

Replacement went well. We were promised that the drywall repair portion of the compact would be contacting us to discuss repairs to the walls that has to be cut away to fix the plumbing. It had been a week and we have yet to be contacted by them.

The first Plumber broke my sink. The owner came out and replaced it, and gave me a break on price for doing other plumbing projects.

The diagnostics went well. They used a camera to view and unstop the sewer line and were able to view what was causing the issues. I was glad they had a camera to view what exactly was causing the problem; however, over $500 for less than 2 hours of work was excessive.

Will’s Plumbing and Testing Service arrived on time and completed the replacement of two outdoor faucets that were either corroded or had the threads damaged. The corrosion of one faucet extended into the internal pipe of the house. These men were professionals that knew plumbing and were not deterred by awkward pipe issues and assured me they could complete the job with minimal damage to the outside wall of the house. Both men were polite and courteous and also checked the water pressure to make sure nothing was leaking after they complete the job. They gave me a year warranty on their work which was unexpected. I would unflinching recommend Will’s Plumbing Service for professional plumbing if you want the job done right!

This company is wonderful. My wife and I own over 20 properties, and we have always looked for non-advertised companies in an effort for personalized service and favorable price points. Though, we shouldn't have done this. Will's Plumbing and Testing has been professional, prompt, and exercises quality work. We are happy we have found them and will continue to use them for a long time!

I had two 50 gallon water heaters in my attic (you have to really love builders who think it is a good idea to do this), both a little over nine years old. I had planned to replace both at the ten year point, but one started to leak and on top of that the drip pan line was clogged. Will sent out Josh, his son, to check it out. I wanted to replace both since the other one wasn't far behind in starting to leak. They gave me an estimate that I believed was right on target for the cost I had anticipated. Josh also gave me an estimate for a top of the line Rinnai tankless (RUR98i) and I was surprised the difference was only a few hundred more. I decided to do that and eliminate the liability posed by 100 gallons of water sitting in my attic waiting to drench all my valuables on the two floors below. Josh and his helper scheduled the work and got the job done in a single day, removing and disposing of the old tanks. Very professional the whole way. The installation is super clean and looks awesome. The system works great and we are so pleased. Our old system never delivered the quantity of water to fill our giant garden tub without sacrificing anything else going on that used hot water. Now we have endless hot water that is highly reliable and no ticking time bomb in the attic.

Appt for 8am; showed up at 9:30 - no explanation. I supplied faucet. 2 hr job cost $277. Expensive labor.
