Will's Plumbing & Testing Service

On time and even early. I have been using Will's Plumbing for 3 years now & have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I had new a counter top and under mounted sink installed which lowered the bowls of the sink. In order to plumb correctly the main drain had to be lowered. I explained the scenario, in detail, when I made the appointment. The plumber arrived the next day only to tell me that he did not have the correct supplies and that the work would have to be delayed for two more days. He made me pay him $39 for stopping by my house and tell me exactly what I told the person that booked the appointment. Clearly the person taking my appointment didn't know much about plumbing or did a really poor job completing the work order. The price I was quoted for the job was $776 which seemed extremely high. I have an uncle that is a professional plumber in another state and sent pictures of the current plumbing to see if he agreed with the price quoted. His response was a "NO WAY, do not use them, that is way over priced". This morning another local plumber, who is highly rated on Angie's list, completed the job for $349 and everything look great. Update: The owner of the company called to thank me for writing the review and apologized for his tech showing up to my house unprepared to complete the work. It is nice to know that he takes these reviews seriously. The only thing that left a sour taste in my mouth was tired to lay some canned response on me about why his rates are so high due all the hours of training that are required of Texas plumbers. I would consider his response as valid if I were to receive similar rates for other trained professional plumbers that quoted the job, but each of the two said his company bid was too high.

I had contacted WILL'S PLUMBING a/c & refrigeration SERVICE after seeing all the great reviews on Angie's List. They (Lorenzo) came quickly and performed some work but no system diagnostics (as I found out later when I looked for one). He advised me the Freon was a little low and to pull furniture away from the return registers. When I said we seemed to be losing Freon from one year to the next he went to his truck to talk to his boss on the phone. He returned with a proposal to run an electronic leak refrigerant test for a price of $750.00. This included a charge of $329.24 for 0 to 3 pounds of Freon. If we only needed one pound the charge is still $329.24. I was not impressed with this and said we wouldn't be doing that. I paid the $150 to WILL'S PLUMBING a/c & refrigeration SERVICE and Lorenzo left. The next day or so I had a call from Will's Plumbing asking how the service call went. I asked him for a copy of the system diagnostics report and he said he would get back to me. No one did so I called the next week and asked for it. That's when I found out that Will's Plumbing is out of the a/c service business! The service tech they sent (Lorenzo) I now see as one that goes out on plumbing jobs - no wonder their wasn't a more thorough job done. I am asking for my money back but haven't got it yet. Oh, and I found out what is wrong with the a/c unit. My Amana central air conditioning unit contains defective evaporator coils prone to premature rupture (there is a class action lawsuit on this defect). I had called Agee's AC when Will's Plumbing disappointed me and it took them just a few minutes to find the leak in the evaporator coil (didn't need to spend $750, how about that!). The unit is still under warranty so we're getting a new evaporator coil. So I'm sure Will's Plumbing is a great place to call for plumbing problems but THEY'RE OUT OF THE AC BUSINESS!

receptionist scheduling appt was very friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and they even called earlier in day to show early if we were available. John was knowledgeable and fixed it right, explained everything afterwards. Would definitely use Will's again.

They arrived on time for the initial estimate. They were very professional and did not try to sell me other services or add ons to the work that was required. For the installation, they showed up on time and completed the work within the schedule they had quoted. The price was also as quoted with nothing hidden. I would recommend them to others in the area.

The experience was smooth and straight forward, Price given often a few moments and job was done quickly clean an neat work.

Workers were on time, very hard working, never stopped working, and brought in another guy when they needed help with the thermostat.

They offered to come the day that I called. There was some difficulty obtaining the required part,But they were very persistent and patient and did not stop until the work was successfully completed. Good communications. Enerst did a great job! Will call them the next time I need more work done.

I confirmed the appointment with them the day before. I had received a bid on Saturday and the work was done on Tuesday. They called first and arrived on time. I showed them what needed to be done and they started right away. They ran the line, made the connections, insulated and secured the pipe. Danny then checked the water pressure and it was quite high. So they adjusted my Pressure Regulating Valve to achieve the correct pressure. Their price was less than half what I had been bid by a competitor.

Eddie gave me the protocol, I signed the agreement, they surveyed the main line. Gave me an estimate, which I signed, they processed to clear the line.

Danny encountered unexpected problems & stayed all day he was efficient explained everything and completed all work. He left the areas clean & ready yo use.

They were courteous, professional and obviously, very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be performed. A+ They arrived earlier due to being able to work us into their schedule. I was happy to know that they kept me in mind when another appointment opened up, they did call of course! :)

The technicians, Lorenzo & Herman took time to explain the air conditioning problem, corrected it and found a less expensive way to pay for it. I am very pleased with their service!

Danny is a real professional plumber. Did a superb job! Worked with manufacturer to verify warranty coverage - that was time consuming for him but saved me a considerable amount.
