Service was great. John performed all services as explained.

Problem appeared Saturday evening. Made emergency call to Will's Plumbing & Testing. Prompt response. Service Tech arrived fully equipped. Searched and found leak in interior wall behind Hot Water heater. Made small opening in wall in adjacent Utility Room, located leak, showed it to me, made proper repair. I am completely satisfied. This is my third use of Will's Plumbing & Testing. I highly recommend Will's.

John and his team were very professional, friendly and informative. The work was done in quoted time frame and cost.

Called appointment at 4pm. Company responded with late evening service. Very courteous.

I took of a day from work to meet Wills Plumbing out at our house to get a quote for installing a tankless water heater. At the appointment time 8:30 in the morning they called and said that they needed to reschedule for another day. I called them the next day and scheduled another appointment two days later. I asked the woman if she was sure that they would be able to make the appointment as I would be having to again take of for work. The woman stated, "don't worry I have you down." Two days later when it came time for my appointment, no one showed up. I called Will's and they stated that they didn't see that appointment listed, apologized and offered to have a serviceman call me right back and at least talk with me over the phone about what were needing to do. I agreed and said, yes please have them call me back. The receptionist said someone would call me right back. I never got a call from anyone.

A month ago Will's replaced a pressure regulator valve on the main line that broke at midnight. I contacted four providers that claimed they had emergency plumbing on Angie's List but all numbers led to a voice mail. Will's Plumbing was the only one that answered. They sent John out and he was fantastic. While completing the job I asked if Will's installed/replaced water softeners and after receiving pricing we scheduled to have it replaced yesterday. John was fantastic, very professional and thorough. Although their prices were a little higher than some other companies I quoted for a water softener the company's (and John's) attention to detail and professionalism led me to select Will's for the replacement. I would certainly recommend Will's.

Marc showed up on time, was very friendly and efficient. It went very quickly.

Both plumbers were nice and professional. They listened to the other plumbing issues we are having and recommended additional service. We expect to have them back for additional services. We have used them before as well.

I received a call 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm, and the technician arrived on time. The technician was courteous and did a great job. Everything is now working properly. I will not hesitate to use Will's again!
