Great, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I had it fixed by another plumber. I thought that I had made arrangements to have Will's call me to make an appointment, but I never heard from the company.

Excellent work. Explained everything before working. cleaned up work area well

Service was excellent. My tankless heater has sediment build up In the sensor and it was repaired quickly and they also gave a recommendation for a water filtration that would work for my home.

Extremely well. Matthew was very respectful of my family and I during these strange COVID-19 times. Other than Payment (handing over CC), the experience was contactless, and he wore a mask anytime he was in the house. After explaining the issue with the Hammering Noise, and recreating it for him to experience (which wasn't too difficult since it occurred almost every time water was running in at least two locations inside), he inspected multiple locations in the living and attic spaces, and determined that both the Water Pressure Valve and the Tank on the Water Heater needed to be replaced. We got our Estimate, with a description of the steps he would take to resolve, and the knowledge that if we wanted to wait the quote would be active if we chose to go with them later (I'm sure it was for a window, like 30, or 90 days, I don't recall exactly). We agreed that we needed the work done and promptly said yes! Matthew made short work of the fix!! And ensured that the problem was solved. We would absolutely use Will's Plumbing and Testing Services again in the Future! Thank You Guys!!

they were very quick to respond to our dilemma. The tech was dispatched within a couple of hours. They let me know when to expect him with a 2 hour window. They called back and said he was going to be ahead of the time they provided. Tech was friendly, respectful, wore booties. Given the covid situation the office did ask if anyone in the household was sick or had been recently as a precaution for the tech, Their 39.95 diagnosis fee was low compared to others we received quotes from too. And the fee goes towards the repair if you have them do the work.. Our shower hadn't had hot water for almost as long as we had the house and in fact we were told that it was a shower for going out to a pool that was never build , so we assumed it was just cold water for rinsing off. seemed logical. the tech was quick to come in and take apart the shower handle and get to the cartridge, pulled out the old one and replaced the new one. For the first time there was hot water once again. Odd for this to go bad considering it was never used but apparently that happens. Regardless he was also great at cleaning up and was sure to add a bead of caulk back around the plate. Tech was great office was great. Price seemed a little high even with a 10% discount, but considering the quick response and fixing the hot water i would say it was worth it. I would highly recommend and use them again if i had a need .

I cannot recommend these guys enough. They were very polite and experienced. Explained every detail of what was happening. After an inspector came out and there was a discrepancy (I agree with Will's Plumbing on the subject) - Will's Plumbing ripped everything out and redid it. I intend on continuing to use their services for the lifespan of my home.

I have them and they were magnificent. They were wonderful and they came a long distance to get to me.

Selected Will's because of the high ratings. When I called to schedule a service appointment, they made a point to inform me that if I felt they charged to much I would owe a $39.99 fee for the service visit. (That should have been a red flag!) but I decided to pursue because of the great ratings. When they arrived, they found the problem quickly (The sheet rock had already been removed in the garage under the tub from water damage) The technician and apprentice stated I would need a compression nut and new p-trap. A simple repair for a plumber. (45 minutes top & $20 in parts) When they presented me the repair quote, they stated 2-3 hour job for $811.66. They were very generous and knocked off %10 on the inflated price to make it $730.49. I told them they were crazy charging me over $250 an hour for a simple job. They stated that was the price for their expertise on something I couldn't perform and please pay the $39.99 fee. Will's is scam! They deliberately charge inflated prices and take advantage of uniformed customers. I immediately contacted another plumber, who came out the next day and fixed the exact same issue for $200 with a one-year warranty. (and checked/adjusted our bathroom toilet for free). If you need repairs for a reasonable price DO NOT use this company! Thank god they only stole $39.99 from me. Oh, and ignore the statement on the back of your invoice that states "Trained service technicians to diagnose the problem quickly, make the repairs promptly and keep your COSTS REASONABLE"

The tech gave me three quotes. The cheapest was 688 dollars and the most expensive was 2055. For replacing a shower valve I bought myself. Bernie sanders has a name for that, "crooks".

Will's Plumbing provided fast and excellent work and out bid competitors! I needed several plumbing upgrades to an older house: The refrigerator water intake needed ti be completely replaced with a different shutoff valve. Also, my water pressure was too high and needed an outside pressure regulator. Installing the regulator meant bringing the hot water tank up to code with an expansion tank. Installation of the pressure regulator meant digging up an additional area next to the outside water shutoff valve. The guys added plastic to the bottom of the hole, and gravel for drainage. Excellent job!

Josh was great! He fixed my garbage disposal and gave me estimates on some other problems that I will fix later...and all for only $40!

It went VERY Well. I have used Will's Plumbing on my 3 rentals as well as our personal house. They are very Professional and Courteous and know what they are doing. I've used them for about 8 years no. No one else!

Josh and Albert were great. They were upfront with costs and explained the repair process for the particular problem. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue.

I contacted this company because of it's very high Angie's List rating. As a Matter of fact the company was on the Honor Roll of the August 2019 issue of Angie's List. I called told them the problem especially the leaking and was told that that did not have anyone and maybe they could send someone on Saturday or Monday. there was no way I could handle the leak that long thus I hung up and contacted another plumbing service. I will never contact this firm and I will probably look at Angi's List with gimlet eye in the future.

I had hoped to give five "A's" to Will's. They showed up on schedule every time, were friendly and professional and frankly, worked their butts off. But, when signing the work order, I discussed the way the finishing up was going to look and was concerned about the type of dirt that would be topping off the excavation, in particular the rocks that were being dug up. Matthew indicated two things to me (1) the new line would be bedded in sand or gravel and (2) they had a landscape guy that would finish everything up to where I would be satisfied. (1) no bedding such bedding was applied to guard the new line and (2) the topping off was filled with rocks, big and small...a lot to deal with by a senior citizen. Will I recommend Will's or use them myself in the future, certainly yes. They are probably as good or better than most. But, darn I wish I could have rated them higher. Had they not agreed to my concerns, I wouldn't have counted these negatives. But, they didn't quite live up to the sales pitch in a couple of areas. The pictures below demonstrate what I was left with the entire 30 or so feet.

Best plumbers in town. Strongly recommend. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. The job is done right every time by a licensed plumber.

A+ service. The technician explained every step in detail and completed the job within an hour!!

Mark helped with many tasks that in total were overwhelming while moving into the home: removed a very old water softener system, replaced water supply valves to laundry, replaced toilet supply valves where the handle had broken off, capped off a supply valve that was wide open and unconnected to anything, replaced an incompetent toilet tank valve, replaced a faulty bathroom sink plug and suggested an easy fix for two other quick draining sinks.

ID'd issue gave recommendations and completed task. very professional highly recommend
