Will's Plumbing & Testing Service

After multiple attempts to have the provider follow through with the commitment, I was not even able to have the office manager (or the president) contact me back. I was impressed with Will during the walk through which leads me to believe that they are too busy to respond. Initial walk through was on 6-3-15 and it is now 7-16-15 with no response. I rated them an F for price and for responsiveness and N/A on everything else. The rationale for the price rating is that they charged a fee to come out in order to provide an estimate and this was never completed. I do not intend to utilize them moving forward given their complete lack of response despite phone and email attempts to contact them.

The job seemed to be done fine, although it should have been since it was very basic plumbing. My complaint is about the price. The job cost $300 for 25 minutes of work in an accessible location (Overall, the technician was there less than 50 minutes and that includes the time I spent talking to his supervisor on the phone about the high price) . Based upon pricing at Home Depot, the parts cost less than $30 total. I understand that they have overhead and there was travel time involved, but $300 was an absurdly high price (and that was the price after an Angie's List coupon and a discussion with the supervisor that reduced the price from the original $362.94 "book" price). I would have told the technician to leave once he gave me a price quote but it would have cost me $69 since that is their non-refundable charge to come out and look at the problem before giving me an estimate.

Marc arrived timely and did a great job. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. The office staff was very friendly too. Everything works great now.

Noticed that my yard was a soggy mess on Sunday evening when I was mowing my yard. Contacted Will's Plumbing through Angie's list first thing Monday morning. They responded right away asking me to call to schedule an appointment. I was able to get an appointment for the same day, 11-1. Got a call from Will's Plumbing that someone could be out sooner than planned. By 10:15, Marc had arrived and had started the process of locating my underground leak. He found and fixed the broken coupler and installed a new spigot and was done by 1:00. Only 1 spot in my yard was dug up..not the entire thing or multiple spots. Marc also tested my incoming water pressure and let me know that it was at an acceptable level. I was given a warranty on the work and scored with a 10% Angie's List discount. Couldn't be happier that my leak was fixed so fast. Great communication from everyone I spoke to from the office staff to the plumber responding to my distress. Thanks Everyone!

I was having problems with my toilet flushing so I called my home warranty and they sent out "Immediate Response" plumbing company. They arrived and stuck a rod in my toilet and pulled out roots. They told me I had a busted pipe and they would have to dig 10 feet to get to it and gave me an estimate of 4800.00 to repair. Told them I would call around for estimates...went on Angies list and picked out Will's Plumbing company based on their reviews. Marc came out and saw where the roots were in the toilet and explained they had to use a camera to determine where the problem was. I agreed and he started to get to work...he said my pipes were clean, but the bracket around the toilet was cracked and that is where the roots were coming from. Had them replace it and my cost was 720.00 (minus my 10% discount) saving me 4k. Marc's professionalism and his explanation of what he has to do and why he is doing it has earned his company a new customer when it comes to pluming needs. Immediate response will not be allowed to service anything in my house again.

We called Will's Plumbing because we had used them before to replace our water heaters. Very professional. Marc showed up and was very courteous. We had already tried to fix the leak ourselves and gave up leaving the pipes undone. Unfortunately, he had to put the leaking water pipes back together before he could diagnose the problem. Note: It is always better to just leave it alone and call a plumber! Anyway, he put it back together and then resealed everything properly. Once he showed me what the problem was and a suggested repair that would alleviate future visits, we agreed to proceed with the more extensive repair. He walked me through the process, took before and after pictures, and then finished the job in about an hour or two. Would definitely recommend Will's Plumbing to others.

The company replaced a defective hot water heater which We had purchased 3 years ago. It was replaced with another brand,atbrand since the older one had not proven to work properly. Plumbers were very conscientious and worked around our schedule.

The price was a little more then I expected however, the quality of work was excellent. Plumber did not leave until he ensured all faucets worked properly with no leaks. Since we were using two existing faucets he worked very hard to make sure they were seated correctly and there was no spray onto new granite. Installer was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The job took longer then he had planned but never complained. He did a very good job of cleaning up after himself.

Dispatcher called to tell me plumber would be a couple of hours late. Once the plumber (Marc) arrived, he diagnosed the problem and informed me of the plan to repair it. He got right to work, I was confident in Marc's ability to fix it right the first time.

Josh was on time, very courteous and up front about cost and project duration. He was on target for both!

Excellent. Called before arrival. They were on time. The two individuals were courteous and knowledgeable. The work was done in a quality manner. Explained all work that was done and the warranties included. Overall excellent experience. Would definitely use again.

Marc was outstanding. He kept me informed each step of the way when he hydr-jetted a drain for us. I will use him for all of my future plumbing needs.

Mare did not come the first day scheduled due to another emergency but he came ahead of schedule the second day was very polite and professional and did a great job.

Josh provided original bid. Came on the time and date promised. Work excellent, professional and area was left spoil less. He were removed & discarded old broken unit.

Marc explained in detail why the handle spun. The mechanism was put on backwards which caused handle to spin 360 degrees.

Customer service leading up to the appointment was great, Will's gave us a ton of options on different resolutions to our problem and answered all the questions I posed to them. We decided on a resolution that worked out the best for us and they arrived promptly to resolve our concerns. Marc and his co-worker kept me informed throughout the entire process and were thorough and completed the work in a timely manner. Price was a bit high in my opinion but the level of service definitely made up for it. I would recommend them to family and friends and definitely use them for future repairs.

Well it just went perfectly. He, Mark, was on time, polite and professional, as were the ladies I talked to on the phone.

Will was very friendly and professional. Fixed the problem right away. I thought the price was a little high, but will call him in the future for plumbing needs.

It went well. Marc ran into a little problem with the pipe and he actually had to get under the house (it took a little longer but he never complained or charged extra). Marc did a great job!

Marc was very professional, explained and completed the work within the time stated and went over how to clear and reset the appliance when necessary as well as cleaning and maintenance tips for extending the life of my disposer. Labor cost was reasonable. This is my second experience with both the company and Marc and I will continue using them.

Marc arrived on time, took the time to explain everything to me in detail, was polite and professional. Although Marc doesn't set the prices I felt the shower work was overpriced.

Our 4 year old water heater started leaking from the bottom. I called Will's Plumbing to schedule an appointment. The girl who handles scheduling was very wonderful and worked with me to find a time that would fit my impossibly busy schedule. On the day of the scheduled appointment she called about an hour before to let me know the serviceman was running late and would be aout 2 and 1/2 hour late. That would have been a problem for me as I had to be back at work at that time and couldn't stay any longer so I asked if I could reschedule or maybe the serviceman could stop by quickly before I left to just have a quick look to see how serious the problem was and then reschedule another day to fix if needed. She said she would check to see if she had any other available servicemen to come by and called about an hour later to let me know someone was on their way. The serviceman, Josh, came by and after checking a few thing quickly said the water heater needed to be replaced as well as the faulty expansion tank. he called the company that made the water heater to see if it was still under warranty, which it was, so that was good. I told Josh to go ahead and replace everything that needed replacing and I would reschedule another day for him to come to do the work. He told me he could do it today but had to go back to the office to get the new water heater. I asked him to go ahead and write up the invoice, which he did, and I paid him since I needed to get to work. He said he would go back to get the water heater and be back in about an hour or so to start the work. My wife was able to stay longer than I was so I left and went to work. By the time I had gotten to work my wife called to say he was back and taking out the old water heater. It took about 1 and 1/2 hours for him to replace everything but he got it all done. I'm pretty happy they were willing to work with me and my difficult schedule to get this problem taken care of quickly.
