After 7 hours of waiting hour by hour with no water, Will's plumber showed up and replaced the flange and toilet cutoff valve for only $500. For an additional $60, he put the new toilet place. All this in just an hour and a half of labor!

Jaime was on time, very friendly and identified the problem quickly, he repaired it without any issues.

Marc inspected my leaky 11 year old water heater and advised me to replace it. He walked the site and gave me three quotes to replace both of my water heaters (one was leaking, the other at my request). Marc and another gentleman whose name I did not catch arrived on time over three separate visits (one lasted about 10 hours). They were respectful of my residence and were careful to keep it clean. They removed or rerouted gas and water pipes to accommodate the new water heater and did not leave anything behind. After several months, the unit continues to work without workmanship issues, though I am going to call them back to investigate the water volume, which seems to be low at the street and is now noticeable with a tankless water heater. I was specific about wanting a Rinnai and I feel like, although it is expensive, I was charged a fair amount by Will's plumbing.

We found Wills Plumbing on Angies List & have used them at least two other times. Their response time is great-we called on Tues & they were here on Wed. Technicians are polite & Professional & informative - explaining problems & solutions. Highly recommend.

Jaime (plumber) & Matt arrived on time, spent significant time / effort in successfully. Cleaning drain blockage before installing disposal very courteous, efficient, neat.

The workman was pleasant and cordial. He took apart my dishwasher and sink. However he failed to fix the problem. He informed us we needed a new dishwasher. I called a second plumbing company that fixed the problem without taking apart the dishwasher and sink. I called the Company to discuss a refund for the job that was no accomplished. Their team, and Will, was pleasant over the phone, but essentially created enough hurdles that it was not worth my time to move forward with a refund. I got the feeling that Will did not believe my story. Disappointing as his own repair man verified that he did not fix the problem. I will not use this company again.

Service performed same day with a professional two man crew. Job site left clean. Workmanship (welds, new water and gas connection, exhaust vents) appears to be of good quality.

Will's Plumbing called us 45 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment time informing us a tech was available to arrive early if we could accommodate. (Nice!) Upon entering our home, the technician slipped shoe protectors over his work boots to avoid tracking dirt though our home. (Awesome!) The tech quickly identified the problem was not in the value stem which I initially thought; instead after testing our water pressure, it was determined the pressure is higher than normal due to recent development construction in our neighborhood, and the higher pressure was causing the shower to engage automatically. (Professional!) He replaced the 22-year old tub spout with one that requires a pull up motion verses the pull straight out lever. Then he applied dap seal to prevent water from seeping into the wall. (Quality!) Yes, I strongly recommend Will?s Plumbing!

My son in law is working a plumbing issue for one of my rentals. We chose Wills based on the reviews as this is what Angie's List is for. This review is based on customer service not any physical plumbing work. After waiting for the plumber to show, I called to check on an ETA. The dispatcher could not find an appointment. After "looking" she said my appointment was under the "get to it sometime today" category. This was unacceptable to me and I asked if they could be at the residence by 1 PM. They assured me they would be there on time (and thanked me for giving them one more chance). They did not show by 1 or even 1:20 (nor did they call they are running late and I couldn't chance that I was forgotten again) and so I called and had to cancel.

I called will's plumbing just before dinner. They set up on appointment within 2 hours. They came right on time. Jaime and Herman quickly identified the problem-gave me a quote and went to work.

The plumbers were on time, diagnosed and explained the problem and repaired the problem which was reasonably priced.

The owner showed up and did the work. It was done quickly and efficiently. He showed me how to clean the disposal to maintain it. Excellent work.

Great Marc the plumber was right on time. He also voluntarily fixed a minor repair on our toilet. He diagnoses the issue within minutes & gave us 2 estimates depending on what he had done. We chose the higher one to have cartridge replaced. He quickly did the job & very well!

Jaime worked hard to find the problem, and deter mined the pipe was probably broken. He kept me informed of the price and was pleasant to work with.

Marc showed up on time and was very professional. He treated my home with respect. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did it efficiently.

All was fixed and is now working as expected and I have no more issues with my pipes. They showed up on time, to be honest they were early which I can't complain about as that is refreshing so you don't have to wait and wait for them to show up at the end of the time window. The time they said was also one hour and not the normal four hour window which is way to normal. They were very polite and didn't try and up sell me on anything, they worked quickly and was telling me what the problem was as well as showing me that it had been fixed.

They were on time, called an hour before they arrived and were courteous. Marc and Herman found the leak quickly and had it fixed within 2 hours. I will definitely use them again.
