+ -1 moreThe crew was very professional (on-time courteous, flexible) from the pre-inspection survey throughout the moving process. I especially appreciated their tolerance when I discounted last minute items that were "added in" to finish the pack out.
Description of Work: Packed out approx 4,000 lbs of household items moving from TX to OH. Unlike 8 prior moves, this one was unique in that they were only packing up part of the house since I'm relocating without my family for a couple of years. I thought it would be chaotic to ensure the correct items were packed but they made it look easy-perfect job :)

Description of Work: Over 3 months time the local moving company assessed the needs of moving our belongings 1500 miles to Pittsburgh, PA. Also they carefully packed everything over 3 seperate visits. The result was courteous, efficient, professional service on this long move. NOT a single item was broken due to all personnel of Towne Services.

+ -1 moreThey came in and did all our packing and forwarded to the movers. They did a great job. They did the work in April. The truck was loaded full day and left. I liked their quality of care of our stuff. They were very professional. There were minor things like the corner of our mirror broke, but you know glasses and a picture frame was damaged a bit. I would use them again in the future.
