They did a terrific job. They were professional, courteous, and on time. They did a great job cleaning and I will use them again.

This is the best carpet cleaning company bar none. I have used them for five years and they have made our carpet look new each time and even got stuff out that we didn't even know what it was. Very professional and knowledgeable about carpet.

Jac was very professional and knowledgeable. He used great care and used corner protectors to be sure to not damage anything while he worked. We used one of their Angie's list coupons for 300 ft for $179.00 and after payed extra to have some of the grout sealed and another bath cleaned. We have used a number of contractors during this move and this is the only one I can think of we had no issues with whatsoever.

We had Kathy Ireland Carpet put in our other house and her carpets are stain free and you could pour bleach on them. They're so soft and are made out of recycled plastic. We have dogs and stuff so I have our carpets cleaned regularly and I used them and they were excellent. I got a referral from the people I bought the carpet from and they said I needed to call Coit and so I did. He did some oriental rugs for me for free. They're not cheap either and so he threw those in and I had two couches that I had him clean and all of the carpet and he did an excellent job. I had a grease stain and I don't know where it came from. I couldn't get it off because I don't have the chemicals and he got rid of that in like 30 seconds. It was behind a door in the master bedroom so it had to have been my husband. He probably didn't pay any attention when he did it. He just cleaned it beautifully and it was like brand new again.

SHOWED UP ON TIME. HAD A LOT OF PET STAINS SO THEY PRE-SOAKED ALL HEAVILY USED AREAS AS WELL AS PET STAINS.THEY SET UP CORNER BUMPERS SO AS NOT TO HAVE HOSES MAKE A MARK ON FURNITURE. THEY CLEANED FROM THE FARTHEST SIDE OF THE HOUSE AND WENT ROOM TO ROOM TO THE THE OTHER SIDE. CLEANED TWO RECLINERS. CLEANED KITCHEN, KITCHENETTE AREA, UTILITY ROOM AND PART OF A SUN ROOM TILE. (CLEANED GROUT AS WELL).!. THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 4 HOURS.

This company is very well run...the guy that did the job was very friendly and my floors looked great after he finished. I would definitely use this company again!

My kitchen tile was professionally installed and sealed in 1994, and had not been professionally cleaned since that time. When Angie's List offered the half-price deal on grout cleaning , I decided to have it cleaned. I was skeptical it would come clean but was pleasantly surprised at how well it tuned out. The technician was polite, informative, and very professional. The only problem I encountered, which was of no fault of the company, will probably end my thoughts of having the tile grout in the rest of my house cleaned. The technician told me I had some visible areas where he could tell the grout was loose. The machine they use will pull up any loose grout. Did I want to continue with the cleaning. I continued. I had no idea how many loose grout areas I had that were not visible which now are very visible.

It was an Angie's List Deal of the Day so the price was good. They were very good.

It was great arrived @ 9:30 AM stated to work and kept going until done.

Coit performed a carpet cleaning on our main room and hallway. The service and quality was exceptional but the technician (also the owner of this franchise) complained about the lack of on-site up sells he was making lately. He wasn't complaining about my not purchasing additional services, per se, but about the general down turn in business. I would use this service again because he paid extra attention to quality. I even told him to not worry about getting under a specific piece of furniture (a heavy treadmill) and he went ahead and did it. A+ for quality and detail. Would have been a perfect score if he hadn't been complianing.

It went very well. They were very thorough and they did a great job.

The Coit workers were professional, punctual, and efficient. They arrived on time and worked steadily until the job was complete. The sealing left some of the tiles with an uneven surface appearance (that I didn't see until after it dried). I called the office and they came back the next day and corrected the problem to my satisfaction. Very responsive!

They were punctual and professional. Part of their price included a lot of pet stain removal and deodorizer. They were fast, friendly and I was very satisfied. I thought their price for pet stain removal and deodorizer was quite high but they were here and I needed it done so I told them to go ahead and do it. I will use them again in the future.

Everything went very smoothly. The carpet was cleaned - excellent job, then Scotch-Guarded and combed. Furniture was put up on styrofoam blocks to protect both it and the carpet until the carpet dried which took anywhere from 8-24 hours. I was extremely satisfied with the job and will no doubt have them back again.

They did an exceptional job. They got wine out of our carpet and did it successfully. The stain had been there for months. The price was great.

Jake did a superb job. He gave us some floor care tips to help us keep it clean easier. We thought so much of the job we purchased a Big Deal for carpet cleaning.

The service technician was on time and very pleasant and professional. He did a thorough job cleaning the dryer vent and gave me what I thought was a very reasonable estimate ($700) to clean my air ducts. I will definitely call them again for the dryer vent and air duct maintenance. I did not know they did also carpet cleaning until I wrote this report. I would definitely call them for that service, too. This is a very good, family-owned small business, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service.

I received a call from the Technician (Jacob Glenn) about an hour prior to my schedule appointment. He was running ahead of schedule and wanted permission to come earlier. I was happy to get the service peformed earlier. He came in and inspected the dryer area and vent. He told me exactly how he was going to perform the service and asked if I had any questions. He then proceded to perform the service. He was very thorough and professional. He also was very careful to make sure that he cleaned up the work areas. I was pleased with the professionalism and quality of the Technician Jacob Glenn. I would use this service again and I would recommend them without hesitation.

My husband and I were very pleased with the cleaning. The colors in the rugs were bright and sharper than I had seen them in years. The nap on the rugs was raised. We were amazed on how good the carpets looked. While the service is expensive, we used Coit because of the company's good reputation. We were not disappointed. This was money well-spent. The rugs look great!

They are the only company we use for cleaning our carpets. They are not cheap, but the quality of their work is very professional and very good.

Scheduling was good and they were prompt. They did an ok job. They were professional, etc. We had cream carpet that was prone to showing dirt. I had them come out thinking that even though it was more expensive (we have the rotary extraction and everything) that it would be worth it. I didn't feel it was much better than a $250 discount one. I was kind of disappointed.

It went great! I am extremely satisfied with the work as well as the professionalism of Man and his assistant. Will definitely use Coit Services again next year.
